Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Hunter Williams Health account and its data at any time. You don't need the app installed to do it.

Delete it yourself

Go to chat.hunterwilliamshealth.com in any web browser, or open the Hunter Williams Health app.
Sign in with the email address on your account.
Open the ☰ menu and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately. This can't be undone.

Or ask us to delete it

Email privacy@hunterwilliamshealth.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll delete it and confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and email address
Your sign-in sessions
Your saved conversations
Your Memory entries

What we keep

Anonymized usage data. Questions asked of the assistant are logged without being linked to your identity, and are kept to improve answers.
Issue reports. If you used "Report an issue" on an answer, that report is kept to improve the Service, with your account removed from it.

If you used the app without signing in, there's no account to delete. Questions asked without an account aren't linked to your identity.
