This Privacy Policy explains how RHW Consulting LLC ("we," "us") handles information in the Hunter Williams Health app and website (the "Service"), an educational tool for learning about peptides, hormones, and related health topics.

Information we collect
Your email address, which you provide to create an account and sign in.
Your conversations with the assistant, which are saved to your account so you can return to them.
Memory — durable facts about your goals and preferences, saved only if you turn on the optional Memory feature. You can view and delete these at any time.
Anonymized usage data — the questions asked of the assistant are logged in aggregate to improve answers and understand what topics to cover. This data is not linked to your identity.
Basic technical information, such as device type and app version, used to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
To provide the Service, answer your questions, and save your chat history.
To improve the accuracy and quality of the assistant.
To respond to issues you report and to keep the Service secure.
Service providers
We share limited information with trusted providers only to run the Service. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
Anthropic — generates the assistant's responses.
Voyage AI — powers search over the content library.
Neon — hosts our database.
Resend — delivers sign-in emails.
Vercel — hosts the Service.
Google — provides optional sign-in on the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your choices and rights
Memory: view, edit, or delete individual memories, or turn Memory off entirely, from the Memory panel in the app.
Delete your account: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data (chats, memory, and profile) at any time, in the app or on the web, without needing the app installed. See how to delete your account. This cannot be undone.
Access requests: contact us at the address below with any privacy request.
Data retention
We keep your account information and chat history until you delete them or delete your account. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained to improve the Service.
Children
The Service is intended for adults (17+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
