Epitalon — The Telomere Lengthening Peptide | How To Use It

2026-04-08 · 16:18 · 4 min read

Epitalon is probably the most hyped anti-aging peptide out there, and for good reason. This isn't one you'll feel right away like a pre-workout. It works quietly under the hood on your underlying biological systems, and it does a really good job at slowing down aging.

If you take one thing from this article, just think anti-aging. Run a couple of cycles a year and you're building the foundation of a healthy body.

Where Epitalon Came From

Epitalon was developed by Professor Vladimir Khavinson in Russia, who passed away about a month or two before I made this video. Rest in peace. He was a pioneer in peptide research, especially in the bioregulator peptide space.

It came out of the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology. Epitalon is the synthetic version of epithalamin, a naturally occurring peptide in our pineal gland.

There's over three decades of scientific research on these bioregulator peptides out of Russia. Hundreds of thousands, possibly millions of people have used them with no real side effects. That track record matters.

How Epitalon Works

This is where it gets cool. Epitalon targets telomerase activity to extend the life of cells by elongating telomeres.

As we age, our telomeres get shorter and shorter. Eventually they go to nothing and we die. Epitalon doesn't just slow that shortening. It actually elongates them.

That's reverse aging. Not pause. Reverse. People using epitalon have actually reverted their biological age on some of the standard biological-age tests. Pretty wild from a longevity standpoint.

The Pineal Gland and Melatonin

Epitalon works by improving pineal gland function, which produces melatonin. Better melatonin regulation means better circadian rhythm and better sleep.

It also supports the neuroendocrine system by modulating hormone levels. Your pituitary, pineal gland, and hypothalamus all work in tandem on hormones throughout the body. Improve those glands and you improve endocrine health across the board. Huge in today's world where hormones are getting hammered.

Melatonin is also one of the strongest antioxidants the body produces. There's a doctor in his nineties who megadoses melatonin and stays sharp as a tack because of it.

The Benefits

Here's what epitalon brings to the table.

Lifespan extension by preserving telomere length and rejuvenating cells.

Better sleep quality through improved melatonin regulation.

Antioxidant action that defends against oxidative stress, which we're absolutely bombarded with from the environment.

Immune system support, which matters because most chronic disease today comes from weakened immune systems through stress, poor diet, and lifestyle.

Better cognitive function and memory recall. If you're worried about the rampant neurodegenerative disease in society today, this should be on your radar.

Stress reduction, metabolic regulation, improved bone density, and cardiovascular protection.

Pretty much a miracle compound on paper.

What to Expect

You're not going to feel all of this right away. That's normal for bioregulators.

People take them and think nothing's happening. Then two or three years later after multiple cycles, they look back and say, yeah, something is definitely going on. This isn't the sexy peptide that turns you superhuman overnight. It's the quiet one doing important work behind the scenes.

Side Effects

I scoured for them. Side effects are very rare. These have been studied for decades in Russia. Bioregulators in general are remarkably clean. I really wouldn't worry unless something changes drastically in the future.

Dosage

This is where people get confused, so listen up.

The standard dose is 5 to 10 milligrams per day. Vials come in all kinds of sizes depending on the supplier. 10 mg, 20 mg, sometimes 100 mg.

Like most bioregulators, you run 10 to 20 day cycles. I'd do 10 mg per day for 10 days, or 5 mg per day for 20 days. Then you take time off.

Run it four times a year. Month one, month four, month seven, month ten. Cycle on for 10 days, then off for two months, then back on.

It's milligrams, not micrograms. So if your vial is 20 mg, that's only two doses. You're going to need to buy a decent amount. It can get cost prohibitive, but we're talking about lengthening telomeres and reversing biological age. This isn't vitamin C or a pre-workout.

Stacking Epitalon

There are two peptides epitalon pairs really well with.

Thymalin. Supports the thymus gland, enhances immune function, helps with hormone regulation. Great if you're focused on the physical side of longevity.

Pinealon. Targets the pineal gland, improves brain health and cognitive function. Better choice if your concern is cognitive longevity.

You could run epitalon with thymalin for one cycle, then epitalin with pinealon for the next, and rotate. You could even stack all three, but it gets expensive fast.

BPC-157 is also worth mentioning for tissue regeneration and brain health. Never hurts to have it in the rotation.

A Note on Supply

With Khavinson's passing, the supply chain on a lot of these bioregulators is held up in Russia right now. Epitalon itself is still available through the research chemical companies I recommend. Some of the others, like thymalin and pinealon, might be harder to find for a few months.

My Take

Epitalon is one of the most legitimate anti-aging tools we have access to, full stop. Run it three to four times a year in 10 to 20 day cycles and let it work in the background.

If you're in your forties or fifties, this should be on your list. If you're younger, it won't hurt, but your money may be better spent elsewhere first.

Don't expect to feel anything dramatic. That's not the point. The point is what's happening at the cellular level over years of consistent use.

Hey everybody, this is Hunter Williams. I hope you were doing amazing wherever you are at in the world. Today's video is going to be everything you need to know about epitalon and how to use this amazing peptide. It's also known as a bioregulator peptides. So epitalon is probably the, I would say the most hyped and darling anti-aging peptide and for good reason because of what it does to our systems. And I will say for this one, it's not one of those peptides that you're going to necessarily notice or feel anything right off the bat. Like people love to drink a pre-workout and really feel the rush of a free workout.

This is going be one those ones that kind of works underneath on all your underlying biological systems and does a really, really good job as it relates to preventing aging. So epitalon, just think anti-aging. This is, in my opinion, one of the more profound anti aging peptides that you can run a couple of times throughout the year to really kind of build the underlying foundation of a healthy body. And today we're going to talk about like how it works in the body, what it does, and then obviously to the dosage and other peptide you stack it with to get the most bang for your buck.

Before I jump in, share my screen, go into detail of everything, YouTube, Lately has been disabling all the comments on my videos, so I can't say whether or not the Comments will be active on this I will try my best to make sure that the comets are always active But just know that that is not me doing that it is YouTube disabling my comments because they don't want The video to get traction and get shared and to rank in the surgeons or stuff which is totally fine But you know I do not turn the comment off myself. I want you guys to interact with the video so The best way to be able to stay in touch with me and get this information, because obviously I am heavily shadow banned now, is to download the peptide cheat sheet, sign up for my email list, and you'll get all the amazing things

that come with that. You'll all get the reference guides and material on how to use peptides. And epitalon itself is on that peptidde cheat, so if you ever need a reference guide on how much water to add to the vial, how you draw out with an insulin syringe and how to inject it, and what cycles you use and everything, download that below. And just for reference, the peptide cheat sheet, not all of those are hard and fast rules, because some peptides you will use for different scenarios and different case by case situations, but that's kind of like a general rule of thumb for every peptid. So without further ado, thank you guys so much for tuning in and supporting the channel.

Let's look at epitalon. Right, so this is Epitalon, a comprehensive overview. So I'm just gonna explain the origins, mechanisms of action, the benefits, safety concerns, dosage, and also if you stick around to the end, we're gonna talk about some other peptides that you can stack Epinalon with. And make sure you stay for that because these are different than typically the other common peptide that we would stack it with, Let's look at epitalon. So where did epitallin come from? So it was actually, rest in peace, it developed by Professor Vladimir Kavansin in Russia, who has basically been a pioneer in peptide research and especially

the peptides bioregulator, or biorregulator peptid realm. Unfortunately he just passed away probably about a month or two ago as the time of this video. But again, he was a research pioneer. Epitalin was one of the peptides he developed. and help promulgate to the world. So it's kind of funny. When you look at the study of all these bioregular peptides, including epitalon, there's over three decades worth of scientific exploration into them. This one originated from St.

Petersburg Institute of Bioreglation and Gerontology, And it was a synthetic version of epithalamin, which is a naturally occurring peptide in our pineal gland. And we're going to talk today about how important the pineo gland and the paneal function is as it relates to aging and our aging or the health of our cells as we age. But basically, there's decades and decades of research on these bioregulator peptides out of Russia. And they're very safe. They've been used by hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people in Russia with no side effects whatsoever, which is really cool.

Again, they are going to be more of this underlying foundation that helps with aging. It's not going be something that you notice all your wrinkles go away in two days or anything like that. is believed to stimulate the production of telomerase, which protects and repairs DNA. We're going to talk about that a little bit later about how important that is. But it's also been the subject of scientific research and clinical trials in many countries around the world. And right now we have no indication that there's any sort of like negative side effects or anything bad from epitalon. So as far as peptides go, you know, peptide are relatively side effect free, you know, generally speaking, but epitalon,

especially a lot of these bi-regular peptides, through the, several decades of research that have come out of Russia, there's like very few indications that there is anything negative that comes from these. So, how does it work? So again, this is where it gets really cool because in relation to some other peptide, some very different stuff so basically targets telomerase activity which aims to extend the life of cells by elongating telomeres. So basically what happens as we age our telometers get shorter and shorter eventually we die and our telemeters like go to nothing.

But epitalin is going to work to elongate telameres which is kind of cool because not only does it stem the tide of your telometer shortening so it doesn't just delay shortening, it actually elongates telomeres. So it's like reverse aging. It's not only like pausing aging, but it aging in reverse. And as you'll notice in some scientific studies, people actually reverse their biological age, at least as it is measured by some of these biological-age tests. People will use epitalin and actually revert their biologic age which is kind of cool because not are you aging time and stopping the aging you are aging

and reverse and getting younger as your go back which really, really cool if you think about it from a health and longevity perspective. The reason that epitalin is so powerful is because of melatonin regulation. So by regulating melotonin production by working to improve the pineal gland function, which produces meletonin, it's going to improved circadian rhythm and sleep. Also going help with our neuroendocrine health, so it may improve neuroindocrin system health by modulating hormone levels. Again, our pituitary gland, or pineol gland or hypothalamus are all kind of like working in tandem on different hormones throughout the body.

And when we improve the function of some of those glands in the brain, it's going to improve our endocrine system health and help modulate hormone levels, which is really, really important, especially in today's age where there's hormonal decimation going on in society. And so by activating telomerase, like we said, epithelin could theoretically reverse or slow aging signs. Again, you don't know it until you try it, but promise me, give it a shot. We've got oxidative stress. So again, we are bombarded with oxidated stress if you watch any of my videos, that oxidant stress is a huge issue in the world today.

So, epithalin is going to influence the expression of genes involved in oxidative stress, which again reduces cellular damage. So again, we get all this oxidated stress from the environment, from living, all the things that we do, and then epitalin's going help stop some of that oxidate stress. Then we've got immune system enhancement, so it has the potential to enhance the immune systems response to pathogens. Again, if we know anything, what is... all of the chronic disease that people experience today. A lot of it comes from the weakening of our immune systems through stress, through poor diet, lifestyle, and all these things.

And so when we enhance the immune system response, whether it's the C word or heart disease or all those things, it is going to help protect the body that much more. Now, Let's look at the benefits of Apitalon. So as far as it relates to lifespan extension, it may extend lifespans by preserving telomere length and promoting cell rejuvenation. And then like we talked about through melatonin regulation, is going to improve sleep quality. You kind of see like all these little things start to add up. Your improved sleep, quality, you're going improve your energy levels throughout the day.

Then we've also got antioxidant action. So it acts as an antioxidate, which defends against the oxidative stress. Then also too, when we improve the pineal gland and improve melatonin production, melotonin is one of the strongest antioxidants the body produces. It's going to help protect damage from free radicals. Then we've got immune system support, like we said, so it possibly reduces disease risk. It increases energy levels again through all of these underlying mechanisms, which in turn will support cognitive function and memory recall. So if you are concerned or worried about all the rampant neurodegenerative disease that is plaguing society today, look no further than epitalon because

it's going to help with all that stuff, especially as it relates to the pineal gland function of melatonin. There's even a doctor, I forget his name, but he's like in his 90s and he megadoses melatonin and talks about how important that is for his brain function because he sharp as a tack. I forgot his named off the top of my head right now, he talks how about important melotonin is, for brain functioning and preventing neurodegenerative decline. Then we've also got stress reduction, so it helps reduce stress and promotes a sense of well-being. We've got metabolic regulation, it's going to make through all these pathways help regulate metabolism, keep our metabolism high and promote a healthy weight.

It's going to also improve bone density. So when we look at aging, one of the worst side effects of aging is sarcopenia and osteoporosis. muscle wasting and bone mineral density decline is going to help with that. And then lastly, too, it's going help protect against cardiovascular disease and reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. So again, pretty much a miracle compound. What's interesting about it is you're not necessarily going feel all of these benefits right away. This is very common for bioregulators.

Biore regulators are not something that you take And you're kind of taking, you know, like, huh, does it do anything? I don't know. And then people will like two or three years later after doing multiple cycles of them, be like okay, yeah, something is definitely going on here. So again, this is like not the sexy, glamorous thing that's going to like make you turn into a superhuman overnight, but it is going do a lot of this under, behind the scenes and under the hood that is very important for us. We look at side effects. I mean, I scoured and it's very rare that you're going to see any side-effects.

Again, these have been studied for decades in Russia. Obviously, they're pretty new to the Western world and the United States, but there are like very few side effect. So again, that's not one of those things that I've seen any set effects, so I really, really wouldn't be worried about that unless something were to change drastically in the future. So let's look at dosage because this is something that's really confusing to people about dosages. I get questions asked to me all the time about this. Now, the most common use is to do 5 to 10 milligrams per day. And this where people get confused because usually the vials, depends on who you buy it from, but usually vial are like 20 milligrams or 10 or 100 milligrams.

The vile sizes are kind of all over the place. And yes, to get the best benefit, you are going to need to do five to 10 milligrams per day. Now, like with most bioregulators, are gonna wanna do 10 to 20 day cycles. So what I would do personally is I will do ten milligrams a day for 10 days, or you could do 5 milligrams today for 20 days. and then you take time off. And so you would do that cycle, so let's just say 10 milligrams per day, for 10 days, and you then would that in month one,

then wait until month three to do it. So you do basically month four, month seven, or month ten. You would run it four times throughout the year, you'd do 10 mg per days for ten days at a time. Now that doesn't sound like a lot, But in doing so, what you're going to do, again, is it's going work behind the scenes in the background to help support all of this. So again that's very common for bioregulators to like a 10 day or a 20 day cycle and then take two months off in between.

Now if you had some underlying issues that you were really hoping to address, you could obviously use more of it. But, in my experience, that seems to be the best thing for bio-regulators. So, a lot of people get confused on the dosing. Is it micrograms? Is is it milligrams? It's 10 milligrams per day. Which, again, I know some companies that you can get from my supplement sources sheet if you sign up for the email list because I can't promote them publicly. If the vial is 20 milligrams, that's only two doses in a 20 milligram vile.

So you're going to use that, you know, or if it's five milligrams dosing, your only going get like four doses out of that. You're gonna have to buy a good amount. It does become cost prohibitive to an extent, but again, we're talking about reversing aging. We're reversing and increasing the length of our telemeters here. So this is like not something to be trifled with. This is not like vitamin C or, you know, some, like pre-workout supplement. And this something that is really doing a lot. But that's the aging. You can obviously download the peptide cheat sheet. I don't know if I have that exact dosage, but it's somewhere around there.

Um, But again, there's a lotta confusion on that because you see like a lof of this different stuff around the internet. Hopefully this clears that up and you can always come back to this video and reference all that. Let's look at other peptides for stacking. So this is like one of the things people love to talk about as it relates to epitalon, because there's really two peptide that you will see it stacked with. And you can use both of these for that like 10 or 20 day cycle. I would probably not do both these with it to have three. You definitely could, but I'd like to do two just to see how it's working.

so you could do epithalon with thymalin, that's a very common one. It enhances immune function and longevity. Again, so they work synergistically together. And then you can also do Penelon, which is the bioregulator peptide to help with the pineal gland. I didn't say this, but the thymalin one is to the help of the Thymus gland, so those work synergistically together. And, then, you know, the Penalon is going to improve brain health and cognitive function. So, if you're really worried more so about, like, physical side of longevity I would say thymalin and if you're really worried about like the cognitive

side I'd say to stack it with Penelon. All those are going to help but thamalin is going help with the thimus gland which is gonna help more with like hormone regulation and things like that. Then obviously too one thing as far as like regeneration, especially from like physical tissue and then also brain health is going to be BPC 157. So those are kind of three that I would look to. I'd first try Thymalan. And what you could do is like throughout the year, you can do Epitalan and Thylalan for one cycle. Then you do epitalon and Penelon for another cycle, then you go back and forth. You could even probably do Thyrmalan and penelan together.

Or you would do all three. It's just going be more expensive to do. Its kind up to you how you want to design and build. your stack, but those are the two that I would focus on and BPC-147 obviously never hurts. So obviously it's got a lot of anti-aging benefits. As far as research goes, very few side effects. And it is really good to stack those. Biregular peptides are kind of like on the forefront of being developed. The problem right now is just getting them into the country because basically with the passing away of Vladimir Kavansin,

the supply chain is kind of held up in Russia and for whatever reason I don't know anything about like Russian law or economics or trade or anything like that but I guess it's just hard to get to other areas of the world right now so it may be like months before you can get them but as far as epitalin goes I know that typically like the research chemical companies I recommend you could get it from them, but some of other ones might be hard come by so that's pretty much it. That's everything I have on epitalon. So hopefully that gives you like a comprehensive use guide of how to use it. Again, it's going to be one of those things.

You run it three to four times of a cycle of 10 to 20 days throughout the year to really get the anti-aging benefits, but you're not necessarily going feel it right away. Like some other peptides, like your BPCs or your GHKs, or you Tessamerelin, Ipamerelin or TB 500. It doesn't really do the same thing as those. And we're talking about this for anti aging purposes. I would definitely say for someone like in their forties and fifties, you can go ahead and start to look at this if you are younger. It's not gonna hurt, but your money may be better spent elsewhere. So hopefully that's helpful.

And obviously if the comments are open, I will do my best to make sure that they're on. I can't control if YouTube turns them off. But if you have questions or anything like that, definitely feel free to comment on the video and let me know if it was helpful to you guys, or if have any questions, anything that. Appreciate you, guys. Much love, and I'll talk to next time. Peace.
