The Best Peptides For Learning Become A Supercomputer

I get this question a lot. People in school, working on a graduate degree, learning a new language, or just trying to pick up a new skill ask me if there are peptides that can help. The answer is yes. Here's the stack I actually use when I want to learn something new and retain it.

Why learning is hard in the first place

Before we get into the stack, let's look at what actually gets in the way.

Most people struggle with focus and motivation. Humans are meant to move around, and learning usually requires you to sit still. That's already a fight.

Then you have stress and anxiety, which tank cognitive performance right when you need it most. Memory retention is another big one. A lot of people had a rough time in school and never picked up a book again because of it.

Add in the difficulty of forming new neural connections as you age, plus straight up cognitive fatigue, and you can see why learning gets harder over time.

This stack hits all of those problems from different angles.

Oxytocin

I know what you're thinking. The bonding hormone? For learning?

Hear me out. Oxytocin is a neuropeptide made in the hypothalamus that reduces anxiety and modulates the HPA axis. The half life is short, around four to six hours when you use the nasal spray or injection.

Here's what I've noticed in my own life. If I take oxytocin about 15 minutes before I sit down to read dense material or do something I find uncomfortable, my brain associates pleasure with that activity. After the session is over, I actually want to come back and do it again.

You can apply this to anything you don't want to do. Public speaking, reading, writing. Your brain remembers it as fun and pulls you back toward it.

Dosing: 50 mcg twice per day, with the option to go up to 200 mcg depending on response. The injection is more reliable than the nasal spray pound for pound, but 100 to 200 mcg of nasal spray gets you in the same ballpark.

Cerebrolysin

This one is much more powerful than oxytocin.

Cerebrolysin is a peptide derived from porcine brain proteins that mimics neurotrophic factors like BDNF and NGF. It supports neuronal survival and promotes neurogenesis and synaptic plasticity.

In plain English, it helps your brain change and adapt. That's neuroplasticity, and it's the whole game when you're learning something new.

You've probably noticed that as people get older, their brains stop adapting well. They get stuck in their ways, don't want to try new things, don't want to travel. A lot of that is reduced neuroplasticity. Cerebrolysin shines here.

Dosing: 5 ml IM, twice per week. Comes in 5 ml ampoules, so use one ampoule at a time. Run it for as long as you're learning the new skill.

Dihexa

Dihexa is a synthetic peptide that drives synaptogenesis by binding to hepatocyte growth factor and its receptor, c-Met. It helps form new neural connections.

In my experience it's a little weaker than the others, but it stacks well with everything else here. The mechanism is too good to leave out when you're trying to build new pathways for a new skill.

Dosing: 5 mg per day, oral. You can go up to 10 mg, but 5 is the sweet spot when you're combining it with the rest of this stack.

BPC-157

You're probably wondering why a healing peptide is on a learning list. Here's why.

A lot of people struggle to think clearly because they have inflammation in the brain. They keep stacking nootropics on top of an inflamed brain and wonder why nothing works. Clear the inflammation first and your brain runs fine on its own.

BPC-157 is great for systemic inflammation, including in the brain. I played football for 17 years and had a lot of concussions. When I started using BPC-157, I noticed a big improvement in mental clarity that I didn't even know I was missing. People without that history might not feel the same shift, but the anti-inflammatory effect still helps.

Dosing: 250 mcg per day subcutaneous. Oral BPC works on the gut, and a healthy gut indirectly supports the brain, so that's an option too.

Teacrine

Teacrine is underrated. It's affordable, easy to find, and very effective.

It's a naturally occurring compound similar to caffeine that modulates adenosine and dopamine receptors. You get the focus and energy of caffeine without the jitters, the heart rate spike, or the sleep disruption.

What I like about teacrine is the creative quality of the focus. Most nootropics make you feel like a robot, very analytical, very left brain. Teacrine balances both hemispheres. You can see connections in the material, not just grind through it. It lasts about two to three hours.

Dosing: 200 mg orally, taken right before a learning session. I've gone up to 400 or 500 mg and didn't feel any extra benefit. Pairs well with caffeine or theanine if you want a calmer focus.

Tesofensine

This is probably the most potent one in the stack in terms of what you actually feel.

Tesofensine is a triple monoamine reuptake inhibitor. It raises dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. The result is better mood, better motivation, sharper focus.

It was originally studied for fat loss and appetite suppression, but the cognitive effects are where it really shows up.

Dosing: 250 mcg per day, oral. Some studies use up to 1 to 1.5 mg, but 250 mcg gives me the cognitive edge without messing with sleep or making me feel off. To me, coffee is more addictive than tesofensine. I cycle on and off of it without any issues.

How they work together

Each one hits a different part of the learning problem.

Teacrine and tesofensine handle focus, energy, and motivation. BPC-157 clears the inflammation that fogs everything up. Dihexa drives synaptogenesis. Oxytocin lowers the stress and builds positive associations with the work. Cerebrolysin supports memory and neuroplasticity at the foundation.

Stacking them covers every pillar of learning. Cognitive function, memory, focus, motivation, stress, and the ability to form new connections.

Sample schedule

  • Oxytocin: 50 mcg, immediately before any learning session
  • Cerebrolysin: 5 ml IM, two to three times per week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Mon/Thu)
  • Dihexa: 5 mg in the morning, daily
  • BPC-157: 250 mcg sub-Q at night, daily
  • Teacrine: 200 mg right before learning
  • Tesofensine: 250 mcg first thing in the morning

My take

Learning should be a lifelong thing. School gave me a framework for critical thinking, but almost every skill that actually pays my bills came after school ended. Your income and your life experience track directly with how much you keep learning.

This stack works because it attacks the problem from every side at once. Inflammation, focus, neuroplasticity, motivation, and emotional state. If you only pick one or two, I'd start with BPC-157 and teacrine. Clear the inflammation, get clean focus, and build from there.

Hey everybody, this is Hunter Williams. I hope you are doing amazing wherever you were at in the world. Today's video is going to be the peptide stack for learning. So what I'm going talk about today is my favorite peptides for a learning a new task or skill. Um, so in context, I've gotten a bunch of questions recently about people that are either maybe in school, getting a graduate degree or potentially learning new language or something like that. And I said, Hey Hunter, is there any peptides or are there are any peptides that will help me learn this new language skill task or help in school or anything

like that? And the answer is yes, there absolutely are. And in today's video, I'm going to give you my favorite stack to attack this problem, to help you learn any sort of new skill or anything faster, or if you just like reading and learning things along the way in your life like I do, these will definitely help you with just learning, memory, cognition, and focus. So when we look at learning I think some people look a nootropics way to kind of like supercharge their brain. And I want this video to be more about peptides that are actually in the context of trying to learn something new.

Um, cause I think there's a difference between just saying, okay, I've got to crank out, you know, like a 20 page paper or, uh, 10,000 words of writing in next 24 hours versus like actually sitting down, trying learn material and learn that. So, maybe you're trying about peptides and you want to do that and can kind of experiment with these peptide on yourself and see how they help you learn. Um, keep in mind this stack is going to be my personal favorite stuff, but also I tried to make sure that everything was very non-stimulatory, meaning, uh, that it didn't, a lot of nootropics can either increase your heart rate or have like serious, um, consequences on neurotransmitters and things

in your brain. And I want to preface the saying that pretty much all of these are very, very safe when used at the dosages that I recommend. To my knowledge, none of These are like super habit forming. So they're not addictive or anything like that. Um, and then also to, um, they won't keep you up at night or affect sleep. I think when we look at using any sort of nootropics, where a lot of people get into a dangerous game is using them and obviously affecting their sleep patterns. which can be dangerous. So for the most part, I would say not all of these are not going to have any effect on your sleep, but for most of the part they're relatively safe if

you adhere to my guidelines and recommendations. And that being said, this is not medical advice, so do not do anything that I say or do it on yourself. Again, it's just fantasy fiction role play for entertainment purposes only. Just like when you buy peptides, that's for research purposes and you shouldn't use them on yourselves. So without further ado, I'm going to share my screen and today we're going. Talk about peptide for learning a new task or skill. All right. This is the peptide stack for learning a new skill or task by me, Hunter Williams. So let's jump into it. First of all, let us look at problems with learning because before we can build a peptides stack learning, as I always like to do, I like the define the context and lens of the problem.

I think for most people, just in my experience that I've talked to in life and then other people I have coached around peptids and health and everything, First, it comes to a lack of focus and motivation. So most people have difficulty maintaining attention and interest during learning sessions. I think a lot of times because they're bored, but then also too, like humans are just meant to move around. A lot times when you're learning, you kind of got to be stationary or stationary-esque. You could probably go on a treadmill or a bike, I do like I'm working or reading a lotta times, not always the easiest thing to do.

Also, learning can be very high stress because oftentimes you're up against a deadline or something like that. So stress and anxiety can interfere with the learning process. And obviously this reduces cognitive performance in the time when we need it most. It's kind of a double-edged sword in that sense. Then obviously people struggle with memory retention. A lot of people will have challenges in absorbing and retaining new information effectively, hence why a lot people struggled in school and then decided not to read or anything the rest of their life.

Then also too, there's the difficulty in forming new neural connections. So this gets into a lot of brain biology, but a lotta people struggle with adapting to new tasks and forming the necessary brain connections for learning so they actually get it. Then we have cognitive fatigue. A lotta of people just experience mental fatigue and reduce cognitive function during intensive learning periods. Kind of the same way that you would burn out if you are training excessively and training all the time and trading more than your body has time to recover. Um, a lot of times when we're learning something, or again, like we were up against the deadline, uh, we just run into cognitive fatigue and that can happen,

you know, whether you're learn something or in work or whatever it is. So. Let's move along. Sorry, my slides messed up there. So let's get into the stack itself. The first one is going to be oxytocin. You're thinking probably oxy-tocine. Isn't that like the love or bonding hormone? Yes, it is, but I have experiences in my life as of late because I've experimented a lot with oxytocin for different things that I think once you hear

me out, you'll understand why. So oxytoxin is basically a neuropeptide produced in the hypothalamus and released by the pituitary gland. very important role in social bonding, trust, and reducing stress by modulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. When we use oxytocin, basically we're going to reduce our anxiety and enhance our social interaction. It can improve the learning environment and facilitate collaboration, so it helps in creating a positive emotional state that is conducive to learning and retention of new information.

What I have noticed is that when I personally use It has a very short half life, at least if you use the nasal spray or injection. Typically like the experiences last for like four to six hours. So what I've noticed, especially like in reading or trying to memorize something or things like that, that I do as part of my work and life pursuits. If I take oxytocin immediately before, usually within like 15 minutes, I notice that whatever I do after it, associate pleasure with that activity.

So one thing that I've done is I will use oxytoxin and then if I know I got to read some dense material or do something that requires something that's uncomfortable for me to do. Uh, it enhances that experience and I'm like, man, this is actually really, really fun. And then after that task is over, because of the oxytocin I had circulating in my system, when I was doing that. I actually associate pleasure and reward with that test and you can apply this to really anything. Um, you know, if it's something hard that you don't like to.

Maybe it like public speaking or, um, reading, you know, a lot of people don't like to read and they know they should read writing, anything like that. So I think what it's doing in my experience in, my life is this associating pleasure and reward with that task that may be difficult or unwanted to do. And then after you do it, like, man, that was great. your brain kind of memorizes that and then it goes forward and it's like, Oh, I want to go do that again, because it was fun. So that's what I've noticed. Maybe seem like counterintuitive or not like congruent at first, but that my experience and from other people I have talked to that have asked me that

it has helped really well. What I would recommend is do 50 micrograms twice per day with the ability to increase up to 200 micro grams depending on your response. Also too, I tend to, if I'm using an injection, steer towards like the 50 micrograms amount, but if you're using the nasal spray, you know, could do a hundred to 200 micro grams of the nasals spray and probably yield about the same effects of injection. But pound for pound, the injection is just more effective to me. Whereas the Nasal Spray, like sometimes it works, sometimes doesn't work.

So I don't know. That's just kind of my preference for nasal sprains in general. Now let's move to the next one, which is cerebral isin. So much, much more powerful peptide than oxytocin and let us look at why. Cerebral isine is a peptides derived from porcine brain, pig brain proteins that mimic the action of neurotrophic factors like BDNF and NGF. It supports neuronal survival and function promoting neurogenesis and synaptic plasticity.

Uh, so obviously I've made videos about cerebral iso and it's amazing peptide. Um, but let's look at it in the context of learning and development. So, um, basically it enhances cognitive function, uh, memory retention and overall brain health. And it is particularly beneficial for improving neuroplasticity, which is essential for acquiring new skills and adapting to new tasks. This idea of neuroplasticity is basically like the ability of the brain to change so as we age you'll probably notice this and people that are Older or

getting older or maybe that's you Your brain kind of has a tendency to not change as well or not adapt as. Well to new things or new environments Hence the like, you know meme of a crotchety old man, right? He doesn't want to changes stuck in his ways. He does want do anything different He just want a travel anywhere anything like that A lot of the times that has to do with our level of neuroplasticity, meaning that if we don't have higher levels of neural plasticity we're not going to want to try new things or in this case learn new thing.

So this is where cerebral isin really shines. It helps with the brain's ability to adapt and pivot and kind of see things from new angles. Obviously, a lot of people use cerubilisin in a clinical context intravenously, but if you're doing this via the research route, you can definitely do it intramuscularly. And I would do 5ml. Those come in 5 ml ampoules, so you would just use like one ampoule at a time. um, twice per week. And, um you know, you could do that for an extended period of time, but I think it would really just be better in the context of learning.

If you had, a couple of weeks or a, couple months you were learning a new skill. So cerebral, excuse me, cerebral isin, very powerful. Next one is dihexa. So this one, my experience, is a little bit weaker than some of these other ones, but you're gonna see why I added it here. Dihexa is basically a synthetic peptide that facilitates synaptogenesis by binding to the hepatocyte growth factor in its receptor, CMET, enhancing neuroplasticity and cognitive function. As it relates to learning and skill development, dihexia promotes the formation of new neural connections, And in doing so,

it enhances learning ability and memory, making it ideal for mastering your skills and tasks that require cognitive flexibility. So this is where we're going to see kind of this like synaptogenesis, which is basically like the formation of these new neural pathways around something. And my experience is a little bit weaker, but I think still good, especially if we're using all of these other ones to kind of throw in there. So dosage is pretty straightforward. Most of the time you can find this in like a oral solution or capsules.

And most people are going to take five milligrams per day. You could probably go up to 10 milligrams a day, But I would keep it at five kilograms relative to some of other stuff we are taking. That's often administered orderly. I've heard of people having like creams and stuff you could use, which probably work decently well too. Now the next one is BPC 157 and you're like, okay, this is getting weird. Why are you putting a healing peptide in with learning? Well, hear me out because I've used this quite extensively in my life for lots of different things and the benefits of it extend far beyond just healing

and injury. So as you are probably aware, if you were watching my channel, Bpc is a peptid derived from human gastric juice that has regenerative properties promoting healing repair in various tissues, including the nervous system. And basically what it does is help protect the brain. So it's neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effects can indirectly support cognitive functions by reducing stress and inflammation, contributing to a better learning environment. To go back to those problems we experienced to begin with, I think a lot of people struggle with learning because they have inflammation in the brand.

Go figure, right? And the more inflammation we have in our brain, the most of an uphill battle is to have a brain that functions properly and functions at a high level. And I They're trying to override their brain with way too many nootropics, when in reality, their brains would function perfectly fine if they could get rid of the inflammation in the brain. And that's going to help a lot of brain fog. Then you could even get into hormonal optimization. But basically, BPC 157 is amazing for clearing inflammation.

not only in the body, but in brain as well. And in this case for learning, what I would do is use 250 micrograms per day administered sub-Q. There are oral versions of BPC-157, and typically those are going to work on the gut. The reason I even put oral on here, because usually I'm just like, oral BTC is worthless, unless you're trying to heal the I think it's not even as powerful as metformin healing gut. However, by helping heal the gut, I Think it has an indirect effect on the brain to help with inflammation in the brains.

That's why I included the oral part here. But obviously, subcutaneously, just in The belly fat is going to Help a lot with Inflammation in body and inflammation In the Brain. So that's what I would do. And just In my own experience, I played football for 17 years from the age of seven, I think until I was like 23. And I had a lot of concussions. I have noticed once I got into the peptide game shortly after I'd got out of the football world, that BPC 157, didn't even know that I'm walking around with brain fog and I would use Bpc 156. Man, have so much more mental clarity.

A lot people won't necessarily report that, but a didn't have concussions in their life. So I noticed a huge improvement in my mental clarity because of its ability to clear inflammation out of the brain. That's why it is in the learning and memory stack. Next one is going to be a tiacrine. I used to have a comprehensive video about this on my channel, my old one, and I don't think I've made, I haven't made a new one but I love tiocrine, it's very underrated but very powerful and it is very affordable and cheap too, easy to find.

But tiocrine is a naturally occurring compound similar to caffeine that modulates adenosine and dopamine receptors to increase energy, focus and motivation without significant side effects. So I say like, Tiacrine gives you all of the benefits of caffeine with basically like out without any of The negative side effects and basically as it relates to learning, in this case, it enhances cognitive performance, focus and energy levels supporting sustained attention and reducing fatigue during learning sessions. So in my experience, like Tiocrine, I love it because it's pretty short acting. It probably lasts like two or three hours.

I notice where it's like relative to some other nootropics, they kind of make you like super focused, like a robot. Tea cream makes you focused but also kind creative at the same time. So in terms of like making new neural connections and seeing connections among material that you're learning or maybe working on creating, tea cream is really good in that regard. I love it because you can really take it any time of the day. It doesn't seem to impair sleep. Never done a study on it or anything like that, but you know, usually I can take a night and have no problem falling asleep and maintaining deep sleep, so.

I love it for that. And typically I'm going to use 200 milligrams per day orally. You can do 100 milligrams, you could do a little bit more. I've taken as high as like four or 500 milligrams and I don't really see any benefit at that level compared to 200 milligram. So I think 200 It's probably the sweet spot, but I love it. You can pair it with caffeine. And you can definitely take it within caffeine to kind of enhance its effects. you could even pair with theanine to enhance a calm focus, if you like. But I think in terms of learning, it works really, really well, especially to give you more of a left-right brain hemisphere learning mode,

whereas a lot of nootropics are very left brain, meaning that they make you analytical. does a good job of balancing both of those sides. So the last one probably out of this One of the more potent, if not the most potent one, just in terms of like the effects that you feel from it, is tesofensine. So I'm a huge fan of tesoffensin. I typically, you know, like go on and off of it multiple times throughout the year. And, at first, the dosing was a little weird when this first came on the scene and all of us biohackers trying to figure it out.

But basically, to give you a background, it is a triple monamine re-uptake inhibitor that increases dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin, levels, enhancing mood, motivation, and cognitive function. So it was actually originally thought what does help with fat loss and thermogenesis within the body, but the effects are not that pronounced. It's also kind of an appetite suppressant roundabout because of what it does to dopamine. Um, but basically by boosting neurotransmitter levels like dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin, uh, test fencing can improve motivation,

focus and cognitive performance, which also aids in learning process. Um. And I like 250 micrograms per day taken orally. Some people go as high as 500 micro grams. studies, they even go up to like one milligram or 1.5 milligrams, but I like 250 micrograms. That level is just enough to kind of like give me an edge in terms of my learning and memory and everything. But it doesn't do anything to impair my sleep cycles. It doesn' make me feel weird or not like myself or anything like that. So I love I'm a huge fan, and I've noticed, because I have been using it for a few years now, I can go on and off of it without any sort of habit-forming

effects or anything like that. To me, coffee is much more addictive than tesofensine. I know because of the mechanisms of how it works, people have concerns around that, but to me I've never, I haven't in my life seen any weird effects. I have heard stories of people that have like weird things, like they can't sleep or whatever, or it makes their heart rate go up. But in case I'm never seen anything like that. So just know that there's a little bit of variability in response with this one. But anyway, so that is all of the ones in the stack.

Now let's look at how these work together. So Tiacrine and Tessofinsine, when we look the solutions, they basically enhance focus, energy, and motivation. BPC-157 is going to reduce the inflammation and help with some of those regenerative properties to kind of like accelerate learning. Dihexa promotes synaptogenesis, which facilitates the brain's ability to form new neural connections. Oxytocin reduces that stress and anxiety that a lot of us have around learning, creates a calmer and more conducive learning environment.

Cerebral isin works really well in terms of memory retention and neuroplasticity. And then finally, tea cream by itself just provides that sustained energy right before you get into a learning session. How do these work together? So I wanted to do a little slide on like synergies. So oxytocin and tesofensine when used together in this context can improve social interaction and motivation, which creates an optimal environment for collaborative learning if you're learning with other people. BPC and Tiacrine both work for neuroprotection, excuse me, Bpc's neuro protection and tiacrin's focus enhancing effects can help maintain cognitive performance

during intense learning sessions. cerebral lyosin, dihexa, both enhance neuroplasticity. So overall, when we use all of these together, they complement each other by enhancing different aspects of cognitive function, memory, focus, motivation, and stress reduction, which is kind of going to be the pillars of learning and skill acquisition, so to speak. Now let's look at the calendar. So this is why I think there's value in the slides because basically I put together a calendar with the dosing.

Um, so I won't read through the whole thing with every cell in calendar, obviously, but oxytocin, um, you're basically going to use that immediately before anytime you were actually trying to learn something or read something. Cerebral liacin, you can see two to three times per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or Monday and Thursday, if you're doing two days a week. Dihexa would be every day, five milligrams in the morning. BPC would 250 micrograms at night every, day. Tiacrine would 200 milligrams immediately before you are doing the learning activity.

And then tesofinsine would 25 micro grams first thing in morning, so that kind of gives you an idea. of the schedule, when to take it. And again, if it gets 500 lights, I'll post this just so you have this reference material that you can download for free and not even have to opt in with your email. So I think that is it for the slides. That is the peptide stack for learning a new skill or task or whatever you want to put your mighty brain to learn. Hopefully that was helpful for you guys. I did really well in and when i got out, i kind of realized that like school is only as useful as like, uh, In terms like the real world as you know,

like What's the best way to say, I guess school didn't necessarily help me make money. And most of the skills that I've learned to do what I do for work came after school. Now school gave me like college gave an education framework to like learn how to critically think and stuff, which is very valuable in itself. But the point is like learning should be something that's lifelong because you're like income and your life experiences and everything in your, life relate to how much you learn. And some people just choose not to learn stuff in their life.

I think, to me, that sounds like a boring life, like there's so much out there. The world is so complex and so vast. You can spend the rest of your live learning and I intend to do so.
