The Ultimate Peptide Stack For Fat Loss
I've been running both Relax Blend AM and PM on myself, and I wanted to give you my honest take. These are injectable research chemicals aimed at sleep, mood, and anxiety. This is my personal review, not an endorsement or a recommendation to buy. Always talk to your doctor before using anything like this.
What's in Relax Blend AM
The AM blend has six ingredients, and each one plays a role in calming the nervous system without knocking you out.
GABA (100 mg/mL). Acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter. Promotes calmness and relaxation by quieting the nervous system. Injected, it works faster and at a lower dose than oral GABA in my experience. There's a subtle feel-good aspect to it that makes you want to be social.
Arginine. Yes, the pre-workout ingredient. It improves blood flow and supports nitric oxide production, which has a vasodilatory effect. That helps you physically relax without making you sleepy. Good if you wake up tense and tight.
Magnesium glycinate (100 mg/mL). Supports neurotransmitter function and calms the nervous system. Glycinate is the form that doesn't make you drowsy during the day, it just takes the edge off.
Theanine (50 mg/mL). An amino acid that promotes relaxation without sedation. Increases alpha brain wave activity. I'm a huge fan of theanine. Everyone should keep some oral theanine on hand, especially to offset too much caffeine.
Taurine (50 mg/mL). You see this in energy drinks and in nighttime supplements, which tells you something. Modulates neurotransmitters, supports mood stability, calms the nervous system. I take it orally every day.
Glutamine (25 mg/mL). Acts as a precursor to neurotransmitters and helps maintain balance, which reduces anxiety. Also great for gut health, though injecting bypasses that benefit.
My AM Protocol
Start with 0.25 mL first thing in the morning, fasted. Titrate up from there if needed.
I've gone up to 1 mL, but unless you want to feel like a zombie, stay at 0.5 mL or below. For most people, 0.25 to 0.5 mL is the sweet spot.
I'm a pretty calm person by nature, so I don't lean on this every day. But for someone with situational anxiety or a stressful season of life, this could be useful.
What's in Relax Blend PM
The PM blend has fewer ingredients, but one of them is the star.
GABA (100 mg/mL). Same as the AM blend.
Melatonin (1 mg/mL). This is what sets the PM blend apart. One milligram sounds tiny when oral doses run 5 to 10 mg, but injected melatonin is a completely different animal.
The first time I tried this, I loaded up 1 mL and injected it right before bed. I slept like I was in a coma. I also woke up with a throbbing headache that didn't lift until 3 PM the next day. Classic melatonin hangover.
Arginine. Improves blood flow and promotes relaxation through vasodilation, which helps with sleep quality.
Glutamine (25 mg/mL). Aids relaxation and supports muscle recovery. I think there's something to having it around overnight while your body is repairing.
My PM Protocol
Do not do what I did. Do not take 1 mL out of the gate.
Start with 0.25 mL intramuscular before bed. You can go subcutaneous at low doses, but these solutions can be viscous, so I prefer IM. Titrate up by 0.25 mL per week if you need more, and I wouldn't go over 0.5 mL.
I also wouldn't use this every night. Save it for when you really need a hard reset on sleep, like jet lag or a wrecked schedule. And don't try it for the first time the night before a big day. Get familiar with your dose first.
My take
Both blends do what they say. The AM is a nice tool for high-stress days when you need to take the edge off without getting drowsy. The PM is genuinely powerful, and injected melatonin will absolutely put you down.
If you're handy, you could buy these ingredients individually and stack them yourself orally. But the convenience of one injection is real.
This is research chemical world, so don't expect Nordstrom-level service. Most people have great experiences with Amino Asylum, some don't. If you've used either of these, drop your thoughts in the comments and I'll cover them in a future Q&A video.

Hey everybody, this is Hunter Williams. I hope you were doing amazing wherever you are in the world. Today's video is going to be my personal review of a product from Amino Asylum called Relax Blend AM and PM. So these are actually two separate products and I have used both of them on myself. so today I just wanted to give you my take and review. Of these products, especially as it relates to sleep and anxiety, because that's mostly what they are used for. Obviously, these are injectable products from amino asylum and they are research chemicals. So by no way, am I condoning this?
Am I telling you where to buy it or anything of the sort? This is strictly my review and recommendation of how I use it on myself. This not an endorsement of these products nor should you ever use them and you should always consult your healthcare or medical professional when using any sort of supplements or medication. Now, that's out of way. These are really cool products. So I've used these obviously for sleep and then also just mood and anxiety reduction during the day. Not that I really would say I suffer from anxiety or anything like that, but they're more or less just really cool agents that you can use to kind of calm
yourself and it also help assist with sleep. So what I'm going to do today is just walk you through the ingredients and why they are helpful. And then, also too, I am going explain my protocol on how I would use them. Uh, if you want, you can always sign up for my email list down below and sign it for the peptide cheat sheet or my supplement list. And then also too, uh, check out fully optimized health, which is our private membership group. Uh the Jay Campbell and I have, and, I think is hands down the best in the world, for biohacking and everyone looking to live their best life and learn about peptides, hormones, all these cool things that I talk about on my channel.
So without further ado, i'm going to share my screen and today we're going go over amino asylums, relax AM and relax PM. All right. So this is going to be my review of the Relax Blend AM and Relax blend PM from Amino Asylum. Let's start first with. Relax Blend AM because morning becomes, comes before night. At least I think it does, right? Anyway, as I've done with other product reviews and things, I'm just going to walk through the ingredients and explain why they're helpful. And in this case, why it would be better to inject them.
So in the Relax blend AM, the first thing we have is GABA. This is at 100 milligrams per milliliter of the injected solution. Basically GABa helps with mood enhancement. It acts as a neurotransmitter that inhibits nerve transmission, which promotes calmness and relaxation. It also works to reduce anxiety by calming the nervous system. So kind of think of this as a nervous-system calm-down ingredient. And then obviously, too, this is something that you can use orally.
But when we inject it, it delivers a rapid onset of calming effects. It doesn't have to go through the digestive system, and in my opinion, I feel the effects much more so at a lower dose than I would if I was taking it oraly. This is really cool. I think in terms of calmness, My understanding is that GABA is a precursor to serotonin. Don't quote me on that. I'm not 100% sure on. But I do know that there's something going on there with GABER and seratonin, again, I am just recalling that from memory.
Um, from the gabot, there's a sense of calm, relaxed, and, uh, kind of like a feel good, but in a, feel-good way that you want to be social, if that makes sense. So, um, the next ingredient is arginine. Now you're probably thinking argenine hunter. Isn't that a pre-workout supplement? Yes, it is. But here's how it helps with mood and particularly anxiety. Uh, so the first thing he does is improve the blood flow, which is going to obviously enhance brain function, Which leads to better mood. And then it also supports the production of nitric oxide. which improves relaxation and reduces stress, particularly as it relates to vasodilation.
So when we take arginine, it helps basically vaso dilate, which means basically allows more blood to pump through our blood vessels, Which kind of reduces blood pressure and just kind helps us relax a little bit. A lot of times people have anxiety and stress and they're real uptight in their squeezing, you know, and everything. And the argeny is going to help relax with that. What's cool about that is it doesn't make you sleepy or anything. You can take it before a workout even and get really good results. But even if you're not working out, you can. And it has this kind of like vasodilatory effect.
The reason we inject it, obviously take this orally as well. There's higher bioavailability and faster absorption, which ensures we get the benefits right away immediately. especially if you feel like you're going to have a really stressful day and potentially be on the brink of a panic attack, which I know running my own businesses for all of my adult life, particularly when I was in real estate, can be quite hectic. So the next one in the morning blend is the magnesium glycinate. That's at 100 milligrams per milliliter. Magnesium is one of those things I think everybody should really supplement with.
It's cool to try this to inject it and see how It affects myself versus just taking it orally, which I'm a huge proponent of as well. But basically it supports neurotransmitter function and improves sleep quality, enhancing your overall mood, and also calms the nervous system and reduces symptoms of anxiety. What's cool about magnesium is if you're trying to go to sleep, it will help you fall asleep, but it's not going to make you sleepy during the day unless you take too much. I use magnesium, especially magnesium glycinate, a form that is not necessarily one that induces sleep. It just promotes calming and restfulness while you are awake.
And obviously too, when we inject it, there's enhanced absorption and it's immediately available, which can give us quick relief from anxiety and mood swings. Now, the next one is theanine. I'm a huge fan of the anion. And I think everyone should keep some oral theaning in on hand. Uh, I really like thening mixed with caffeine. Like taking it before bed. So then it is kind of like a jack of all trades as at least as it relates to, uh, our nervous system. Basically theanine, it's an amino acid and this blends at 50 milligrams per milliliter.
It promotes relaxation without sedation by increasing levels of calming brain chemicals. Um, and it also reduces stress and anxiety by enhancing alpha brain wave activity. And obviously when we inject it as opposed to taking it orally, It's much more rapidly available. Now, it's pretty fast acting if you take it orally. So by no means do you have to inject it. And a lot of you people that are smart out there, if don't want to, inject all these or you don' want have inject them all the time, you can buy all of these individual ingredients, or there's probably even products out ther that have these that you could all take oraly together. If you're an entrepreneur, You could mix all this in oral capsulation and probably sell more than these sell.
But then it's amazing and you can take it morning or night. I definitely keep some on hand. Sometimes I usually don't do this because I don' drink that much caffeine. But if you have too much, caffeine, it can definitely be kind of something that you use to like offset the side effects of the caffeine so then is amazing. The next one is taurine and this one you probably see in a lot of energy drinks and pre-workouts as well. So you would wonder why it's in relaxing blend, right? Well, it is 50 milligrams per milliliter and basically it supports the modulation of neurotransmitters, which enhances mood stability and it calms the
nervous system and reduces anxiety symptoms. And obviously we inject it because it immediately bioavailable, but Corrine is an interesting one. You know, it's in a lot of energy drinks, but it also in like night time supplements as well. So I think it is one of those things. I take it every day, actually orally. But I will use it in the Relax Blend if I feel like I need the relax blend. It's pretty awesome and it helps calm you down without necessarily making you fall asleep. The next one is going to be glutamine and it's a 25 milligram per milliliter. Now you'll notice if you're familiar with dosages that much of these ones that you take orally, it is very small in comparison to what you'd take,
or the amount that your inject is a very short comparison of what would you consume oraly. So glutamine is actually really beneficial for gut health, but as it relates to mood it supports brain function and improves mood by acting as a precursor to neurotransmitters. It also helps in maintaining neurotransmitter balance which reduces anxiety. And the direct delivery to our bloodstream ensures faster and more efficient absorption, obviously. Now here is the protocol. So some of you guys probably skipped ahead to this, but basically what I would do is in the case that I may be doing something very intense,
uh, intellectually or something that, I am kind of wound up or stressed out. Uh, what would I do? Is take 0.25 ML first thing in morning in a fasted state. And, then I will titrate up from there. Now this I have gone up to one ML. Um, but unless you really want to be a zombie, unless your like severely panic written or anxiety written, I would stay around 0.5 ML. So start at 0 to 5 ML first thing in the morning fasted. Um. And I really don't see the need to go over one ML, um, and for me, honestly, the sweet spot seems to.
Now I'm a pretty calm person. Most people that know me would say that's one of more my like defining traits. I've very ambitious and I very, goal oriented and driven, but I'm not someone that would necessarily be considered like super like uptight or tense all the time. I am pretty relaxed most of the Uh, I definitely would use that. So that's the protocol for relax AM blend overall. Very, very good. Um, you know, again, it's just not something that I'd necessarily struggle with, but I think for someone with anxiety, especially due to life circumstances issues,
who could use this, um, to great effect. Now let's look at the PM blend and I think the P and blend is probably going to be something people are more interested in because of sleep. Obviously there's a huge issue and crisis with sleep on this planet right now. I talked to a ton of people and they're always like, what peptides for sleep? And this is something that would have in every sleep stack. Um, I don't think I had it in my sleep stack peptide video, which I could probably update to include and do a new sleep sack. Uh, the cool thing about this is I am usually like experimenting with so much stuff. I find new things and a lot of these stacks can be updated based on, you know, my own self experimentation.
And then obviously too, we have reports of people in our group that are using things. So, um, obviously some of the ingredients are going to be a crossover because they work together, but, uh, relax, relaxed blend PM has, fewer ingredients, but one that we're going to talk about that's pretty potent. So, uh, obviously there's Gabba in this. I don't really need to go over Gabbo because we kind of talked about what that does. It's the same concentration, 100 milligrams per milliliter. Um, the next one is melatonin. This is what sets the relaxably blend PM apart.
Uh, so it's one milligram per millimeter. Now that sounds like a small amount. Even the smaller doses of melotonin are like five milligrams or 10 milligrams. But as I do the first time I did this, I loaded up one ML on the syringe and just injected it right before bed and it worked. Absolutely. But, um, the melatonin kind of gave me a hangover the next day until like three o'clock. I had a throbbing headache and was just super groggy, which is, you know, if you've ever taken too much melotonin, Um, orally,
uh, that can be a very common side effect or symptom of a meletonin. You know taking too. Now, We can get into the melatonin megadosing, which is outside the scope of this video, but anyway, this is just in the context of the Relax Blend PM. So basically, obviously melotonin regulates circadian rhythms which contribute to better overall mood and more sleep. It reduces anxiety, promoting better sleep patterns, and it induces and regulates sleep, thereby improving sleep quality and duration.
And obviously we can inject it for immediate absorption and higher bioavailability, providing quick onset of sleep-warning effects. Now, there is a guy out there, I think his name is Dr. John Larrance. He's really sharp. He has melatonin depositories, I think, for sale, which are supposed to work amazing. I've never tried them, but I have heard really good things about them. But having injected melotonin, it is very potent when injected, and it will absolutely do the job. If someone took one milliliter of this Relax Blend, they would be shocked how well they sleep, because I was literally in a coma.
Again, i'm not someone that necessarily struggles with sleep. A lot of the people that really struggle with sleeping and waking up throughout the night and getting deep sleep could benefit from that. But one milligram of injected melatonin is very powerful. There's arginine in this as well. So again, that improves blood flow, supports nitric oxide production. And as far as it relates to sleep, it enhances sleep quality by promoting relaxation through the basodilatory effect it has. Again, we eject because it's higher bioavailable. The RelaxBend PM also has glutamine at the same amount, 25 milligrams per milliliter.
So, uh, you know, obviously those are the things that does, and it also aids in relaxation, promoting better sleep quality. I wonder too, um, glutamine is very good with digestion. Now when we inject, we're not necessarily getting it in the digestive tract. Um, but, it, also helps with muscle repair and muscle recovery. It's always been like a staple supplement of bodybuilders and everything. And I think there's something to that when were injecting it that it's helping with muscles relaxation and muscles recovery as well. So my protocol, do not do what I do the first time and just take one milliliter straight up because you'll probably have a headache until 3 p.m.
the next day. But I'd start with 0.25 ml injected intramuscularly before bed. You know, you could do these subcutaneously if you're doing a lower amount like 0,25 mL. I just prefer intra muscly because sometimes these solutions can be kind of viscous. But like I said, injectable melatonin is a beast. Be careful of hangover. I misspelled hang over when I typed that out, but I don't think there's any need to go over 0.5 ml for me. And if you start at 0,25 ml, just titrate up by 0 .25 mL per week.
Um, I would not use this every night unless you're really, really not sleeping well. I think it'd be one of those things that like, if I was in a situation where I. Jet lag from travel or my sleep schedule was like really really off. And I know I needed like one night of really good sleep, uh, to get me through. But if you need that night, a really sleep for performance the next day, probably don't. start with this the night before, get used to it and getting accustomed to. If you have like a big day coming up to just know the dose that works for you based on what you need.
So that is it for the slides. And that. Is my review of Relax Blend AM and Relax Blend PM from AminoS Island. These are great products. I think they have to be used obviously in the context of healthy living, healthy supplementation, all those things, which are outside the scope of this video, but hopefully that was helpful you just to give you a launch point. Um, if you are researching for yourself, where to start at and what to do. So, uh, I recommend these products very highly. I know some people have not the best experience with amino asylum and then most people.
Have amazing experiences with them. And so I would say, you know, like it is what you make it. Um. But, and obviously too, this is the research chemical world, so don't expect, white glove service. Like you're shopping at Nordstrom's or something like that. Anyway, that's it. If you guys have questions, comments, or if there's something I left out about both of these, definitely drop them in the comments below. And what I do now, and I think people have done a pretty good job of understanding this, is I take all the comment and save those for Q&A videos that I'd do just because there are so many. I don't have time all day to go through and answer them one by one.
So I appreciate you, guys. Much love. Don't forget to sign up for the email list and check out Fully Optimized Health.
