I Helped My Mom Use Peptides For The First Time!
My mom Chris has watched me work with peptides for years. She finally said, okay, I want in. So I sat her down with my girlfriend Taylor and walked her through her first reconstitution. Here's what we covered, what she's running, and what she should expect.
Why my mom is starting now
She's healthy, active, and eats well. But she watched what BPC-157 did for one of my brothers after a shoulder injury, and she's seen the difference peptides have made for me and Taylor. So she wanted to try them herself, mostly for healthy aging.
That's the right reason to start. Peptides are the icing on the cake if you already live well. If you're a flaming dumpster fire drinking every weekend and eating garbage, you're wasting your money.
What we're running
Two peptides for my mom's first stack.
Ipamorelin / CJC-1295 blend. A 2-to-1 blend from Limitless. 12 mg of ipamorelin and 6 mg of CJC in the vial. Ipamorelin pulses growth hormone fast and clears in a few hours. CJC has a half-life closer to 2 to 3 days. Together you get a sharp pulse plus an extended elevation through the week.
GHK-Cu. The copper peptide. 100 mg vial. It boosts collagen synthesis, helps skin tone, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, melasma, and hair growth on the scalp. It does not make your body hair grow faster, in case anyone was worried.
Why growth hormone matters as you age
After 30, your growth hormone drops 15 to 20 percent per decade. That's why we age. Skin degrades, sleep gets worse, fat is harder to burn, muscle is harder to build.
Raising GH naturally with ipamorelin and CJC helps with sleep, recovery, fat burning, skin elasticity, and getting more out of the workouts you're already doing. For someone in their 50s or 60s, the difference is much bigger than for someone my age, because their baseline is so much lower.
All the Botox in the world won't matter if your growth hormone is on the floor.
The reconstitution math
This is where people get tangled up. It's actually simple.
The ipamorelin/CJC vial has 12 mg of ipamorelin total. I'm adding 3 ml of bacteriostatic water. So 12 divided by 3 equals 4 mg per ml.
On an insulin syringe, the whole barrel is 1 ml. One-tenth of that is 0.4 mg, or 400 mcg. Half of that, 5 units, is 200 mcg of ipamorelin and 100 mcg of CJC because of the 2-to-1 ratio.
Same approach for GHK. 100 mg in the vial, 3 ml of water, so about 33 mg per ml. Five units gets us roughly 1.7 mg per dose.
If math isn't your thing, the peptide cheat sheet on my site breaks every common peptide down for you. I still reference it.
How we did the mix
Pop the cap off the vial. Pull 3 ml of bac water with a 23-gauge withdrawing needle. Don't shoot the water straight down into the powder. Tilt the vial and let the water run down the side slowly. Hard streams can destabilize some of the peptide.
Don't shake it. Let it sit for 30 seconds. Swirl gently if any powder is stuck on the side. With GHK, it's more viscous and a little harder to pull a clean draw, so go slower.
Real GHK is a deep indigo blue. If yours isn't, you got scammed.
Her dosing protocol
Ipamorelin/CJC, 5 units twice a day, Monday through Friday.
- Morning, first thing, on an empty stomach. Wait 60 to 90 minutes before eating.
- Night, at least 60 to 90 minutes after the last meal. Right before bed is fine and helps sleep.
GHK, 5 units once a day in the morning.
Two days off on the weekend. Different injection sites for the two peptides since they hit different pathways.
Some people get a little flushing from the CJC. Same feeling as a niacin flush. It's not an allergic reaction. Don't go to the ER.
What about social drinking
If you're going to have a glass of wine on Saturday, just skip the peptide that day. Alcohol spikes insulin, and elevated insulin blocks ipamorelin from crossing the blood-brain barrier and doing its job. Make Saturday your off day. Don't try to stack peptides on top of a drinking habit and expect results.
What she should expect
She probably won't feel much the first few days. Growth hormone effects build over weeks.
Within a few weeks, better sleep. Deeper sleep, more rested. Same workouts producing more results. Fat burning a little easier. Food metabolizing better since GH acts as a glucose disposal agent.
From the GHK, Taylor pointed out my mom's hyperpigmentation should lighten. Fine lines soften. Skin tone improves. Nothing Taylor has tried for melasma has worked better than GHK.
Why muscle matters more than anything
If there's one thing you can do to prevent disease and aging, it's keep muscle on your frame. Not 300-pound bodybuilder muscle. Just real, functional muscle.
One of the biggest predictors of how someone ages is whether they can stand up out of a chair and how strong their grip is. Muscle burns fat. Muscle supports the immune system. Muscle keeps you independent.
Peptides won't build muscle while you sit on the couch. But they make the work you're already doing pay off more.
My take
Watching my mom do her first reconstitution was honestly one of my favorite videos to make. She's the exact person these peptides were built for. Healthy, active, in her 50s, with growth hormone naturally on the decline.
Ipamorelin/CJC plus GHK is a solid first stack for a woman in that age range. The protocol is simple, the math is easy once you see it once, and the results show up in 4 to 6 weeks if you're consistent.
Go check out Taylor's and my mom's YouTube channels in the description. They'll cover the women's side of this better than I ever could.

Hey everybody, this is Hunter Williams and we have a very special treat today. So as you can probably see, I'm not in my office doing an informational video. Today is hands-on learning experience. I have my lovely girlfriend here, Taylor, and my mom here Chris. And I am going to put both of their YouTube channels down in the description because both have YouTube channel where they talk about peptides. What I'm doing today for my mom is showing her how to reconstitute peptides. So she's very new to the peptide space and she is excited to learn everything because she has seen me do this for years now.
And she was like, okay, what's going on because I know something is like way better and I've been helping thousands of people with this. So I want to learn myself. So what we're going to be doing is just documenting her journey and she's going be sharing her learning experiences as does Taylor on her YouTube channel, which you guys already know about. And I'm going put both of their YouTube channels down there. As much as I would like to, I can't speak to peptides as much for women. These two are going the leading influencers in the space as you're gonna see over the next couple years as peptide go More mainstream.
So what we're gonna do today is I have some GHK-CU and some Ipamerelin and CJC. I'm gonna walk my mom through how to reconstitute these. Taylor and I are gonna show her how do it. For all you newbies out there, obviously I had videos on my channel explaining how reconstituting peptides and stuff, but this is gonna be a hands-on example. We can do an injection too. Probably have to cut that out because YouTube doesn't like showing injections and such like that. But I want to do this because I wanna show you that it's very easy and that peptides are something that, like, if you choose to,
everyone should have the opportunity to be able to use, especially as it relates to using these versus some sort of pharmaceutical medication. So, before we jump in, do you guys wanna share anything? Taylor, about your experience or you just like what you think about peptides so far? Well, as Hunter said, I'm not sure where the camera is. Just right there. You just look at it. Look at that dot right. Hi everyone. I just want to share my little bit of experience. Uh, just for the last couple of years, Hunter has been talking to me about Peptides, me and his father.
And, um, you know, because we've feel pretty healthy and feel great. We just typically were like, you know, just listening to them talk about it. But just not too long ago, one of our sons was injured, had a shoulder injury and Hunter introduced him to BPC 157. And I was just amazed at what took place. Over the time he was using it and the healing that went on and it's just incredible.
And I've seen the difference it has made with him and his beautiful girlfriend, Taylor. So I decided, you know what, I would really like to try these and if nothing else, just to be healthier, to the best version of myself in my health. Any thoughts? I think also this is going to be, especially the two peptides that we have with the CJC and ipariline, I feel like that is gonna be the most helpful for
the women of your age group. And with getting older, it's really important. Growth hormone is very good for you. Small doses of growth hormone, is good you, and the iparelin and CJT is to help you produce your own natural growth hormones. So that's going be key with as we age and getting older, that is going to help with the longevity. It's going help your joints, it's gonna help you with your muscle. And the more muscle you have on your body, the better is that your bodies need more protection from cancers, diseases, and you're also going sleep great.
I'm excited for you to do the CJC with it as well, just because it does help when you, a lot of people Now we're kind of just doing CJC by itself, but when you combine it with epimerylin, it makes it a lot better because it's going to help it stay longer and work longer throughout your system. And then GHK is one of my favorite peptides. So that is what I call the best beauty peptide.
But there's also other benefits to it besides just the beauty and whatnot. So I'll give just like the quick synopsis. So basically, like Taylor said, we have ipamrelin and CJC. I will explain this in quasi-scientific terms, and then I explain it for women that really could care less about that, or men that care a lot too. When you have these two together, basically what's happening is the ipamelin pulses growth hormone, very short-acting.
but then it kind of goes down. So it works immediately, but it's a very short half-life. It raises it, it gets metabolized by the system very quickly. The reason in this blend it has CJC with it. CJ C does the same thing, basically CJ has a longer half life. What you're doing is you are elevating your growth hormone levels throughout the week. I forget what the exact halflife is, that it basically is metabolize over a long period of time. Whereas the Ipamerelin is metabolized in like two to four hours, the CJC is like 2 to 3 days.
So what you're doing is you are getting a pulse where you feel it from the ipamerelin. hormone levels throughout the whole week. So instead of kind of like peak and trough where you're going like up and down, you are getting like a nice extended release. Now, the reason that's beneficial is because like Taylor was saying, growth hormone is very, very good for us in the right dose of everything. your growth hormone is like off a cliff.
So basically what happens is as we age, after the age of 30, your grow hormone goes down to like 15 to 20% per decade. And so you have that 20 years of declining growth level. What that means is that's why we aged because our skin degrades a little bit, slowly by slowly. We sleep less and less efficiently and all those things we're not as able to burn muscle, we are not able burn fat. so what this will do by elevating growth, it's going to make you sleep better. which is going to help with everything.
It's going help you build muscle better, so all the exercises you're doing, you are going build muscles better. You're going burn fat more efficiently because you elevate growth hormone levels, the body gets better burning fat. So you can basically take the same amount of exercising that you doing right now, but you get more bang for your buck because your elevating growth hormones. Basically you taking what you already doing and just getting more out of it. And then also too, for all the women, it does help with skin elasticity. It does helps with all that stuff. Helps your skin glow a little bit more and everything. So like all of the Botox in the world, doesn't really matter if you have Nikon poop zero growth hormone levels.
You can shoot your face up with as much as you want. But if your growth hormone is zero, it's not going to look as good as it would naturally if you have higher levels of growth. So, you know, like if someone's my age and they take this, they're going notice a benefit. But for someone that's, 50 plus, They're gonna notice huge benefit because they have very low circulating growth levels at IGF-1 levels. Basically, growth hormones metabolize in the IG-F1. The next one we have is GHK. So this is the copper peptide.
GHk basically helps with collagen and synthesis. We look at what women want. Women want to be leaner, they want improve their skin tone, and they wanna have more energy. That's like what all women. This is very good. Now you can use this topically, like in a cream or something, you rub on your skin or a serum, but today we're gonna be using it as an injection. Basically what we gonna do is just like a subcutaneous injection to get a good systemic overall effect from it, but basically what happens with GHK is it increases collagen synthesis. Now when we talk about collagen syntheses, what do you think, you know, like most women, What would you say, we're like,
Well, collagen is just good for your skin. Isn't that what we already have in our skin? But it declines as we get older. Yeah, so it's like connective tissue, but it is in the skin and everything. So like, as you get old collagen level, Collagen synthesis is not as good as it was when you were younger, which is why like babies have so smooth skin because their collagen synthesis really good. As we older, it doesn't work. That's where our skins, you know, can get like dry, wrinkly, whatever, like whatever. I've got wrinkles too, see? The reason we want to take that is because it helps improve collagen synthesis.
Now, that could help with an injury. So if you have like, for instance, like a torn labrum or something on your shoulder, you could inject that to help that. But if we're using systemically for overall collagen, this is going to improve our skin tone and everything there, not just in the face, but wherever. I have heard of people injecting this into their face. It kind of burns a little bit when you inject, so I would not want do that, But you can inject into your face and it also helps with hair growth. If you get this, your not going grow more hair, male pattern baldness or even for a female if you get bald spots this will help with hair growth.
Actually in most cases for women like a lot of times a male hair loss is more like of a genetic thing that is kind of like tough to overcome. There are ways but for females that are losing their hair this actually helps with their growth so like if your getting like spodgy hair or a hair falling out it's going to help that too. So I know that sounds like you know everything's a miracle but like these do work to help that. Now obviously you can look at my mom with my girlfriend they're both very healthy so they exercise they eat healthy for the most part like we all do they
uh you know like are active people so I don't want you guys to think they like peptides or a miracle cure. Peptides are kind of like the icing on the cake if you're already living a healthy lifestyle if your not drinking alcohol if bombarding your system with toxins every single day, you know, peptides are going to help improve that. So like if, as we always say, if you're a flaming dumpster fire, they're probably gonna help, but you are gonna be wasting your money because if your gonna drink and not exercise and treat yourself like crap, your just not gonna get the best results. I always tell people that before starting peptide.
further ado, let's get into the good stuff and start talking about reconstitution. So we'll do ipamerelin first because this is going to be a little bit more complex. Now like I said, ipamerelin is this specific vial from Limitless. If I can get it to focus there, I don't know if it'll focus or not. Like that. There we go. So this is from Limitless Life in Tropics, obviously. I can't really talk like that too much, publicly, I don't like recommending where, but you know where to find it.
This has Ipameralin and CJC. so this a question I get all the time, because this has 12 milligrams of Ipramuralin in this vial and 6 milligrams Cjc. People are like, how do I do the math to reconstitute it? It's very easy, it's just a blend and we're going to add three milliliters of water into it. Now, without getting into like a public math discussion, basically what we want to do for you is take 300 micrograms of CJC, or excuse me, Ipamerelin, and this one is a two-to-one blend so it's going to be 300 micrograms of Hippomerelin and 150 micro grams of CJC.
Does that make sense? Yes. Because it is two to one. So all we're doing is we are adding bacteriostatic water to this to get the dose because right now it just a lyophilized powder. It's freeze-dried for shelf stability and everything so we don't have to refrigerate it. Once we add the water we need to keep it like I don't need to get too crazy in terms of doing it. I just look at what I'm taking and then I am going to say okay I want to do this much of a dose therefore I will put this water and divide that.
So basically again without getting too That means, let's say, that's going to be like somewhere in the neighborhood of 3 x 12, like 36 doses in this one vial. Okay. Which is going last you for like seven weeks. We're going do it five days on, two days off. So that is gonna last us for seven week. I know it's a small vile, but we're gonna be injecting a very small amount. All I'm gonna do is put three milliliters of the bacteriostatic water into this vyle and what that gonna to do now is make this Now,
does that make sense? Can you tell me why it would be four milligrams per milliliter? It's four milligrams because of the size of that bottle. Well, I'm adding, yes, so I am adding three milliliters of water into it. So, if I adding 3 millliters water, basically just divide the amount of 3 ml by that number of 12. Yes. Does that makes sense. Now for every millliter of there's four milligrams of antiviral. Does that make sense? Yes, and I was gonna suggest, you have a video on how to mix peptides, And I've watched that a couple of times and it makes what you're saying make since.
But I would recommend that because when I first watched it, I had to watch it again. And don't forget there is the peptide cheat sheet, so that also breaks it down. for people that like are doing it for the first time. It does break it down and make it, it makes it super easy. Just make sure when you're looking at that, like you are looking the dosage amount for what your purpose for it is. Because it's for healing, It's going to be different for longevity, weight loss. So just make you look at those.
shameless plug, but it tells you exactly how much water to put into each different peptide. So, like, it tell you if it's different for different peptides, how you're going to draw with the syringe. It's a good reference. I still look at it because I don't remember the exact dosages of everything off the top of my head. For the most part, I know a lot. But I've still got to check dosage because for every single obscure peptides I remember every dose. Anyway, all we're gonna do is think of it like miles per hour. You have a car that goes miles And depending on how fast you're going, it's miles per hour.
So we're doing milligrams per milliliter. It's like, think about if you have like Gatorade powder, you can put like a cup of water into that, or you could put three gallons of into it, it's still the same amount of powder. And depending on how much water you put in it is gonna be like how concentrated it it. But at the end of the day you're still getting however much Gaterade Powder you've put it in. You can get it at one sip or get across three gallon, just depends. So you just gotta know the math of how you got it so.
Yes, and we're going to explain that. So all you got to do, so it usually comes with the top. You just pop off right there. Now, if you want to, you can wipe it down with a sterile alcohol wipe or whatever. I mean, like, I know these are clean, So I'm not going go crazy. Just basically just popped that off. so now it looks like that so that's like a little circle inside there So what I need is I a big withdrawing needle. So this one's like a 23 gauge. You could get a bigger if you wanted to. It's just, I happen to have these on hand. This is what i'm going to use to take the water out of the vial. I'm not going inject with this.
Don't worry. it's not like, you know, You're not gonna inject your peptides with a cheat needle, iIm just going use this to pull the Water out. That's all i am doing with these. you don't have to as you can use the same needles you use for injections to Pull the watercolor out because I did that. for the longest time until Hunter started getting annoyed with me. Yeah, it just takes more time and it's easier because this is a three milliliter syringe, so I have to just draw water one time out of here. As opposed to these, the ones we're going to inject with are one millilitre. So you have stick it back in and withdraw three times and then the needle gets dull and takes longer.
It's just easier to have this to withdraw. And again, these are very cheap in most states. You can just buy them right off Amazon. any crazy prescriptions or anything like that, they're all accessible. Even if the States is not available on Amazon, there's still websites like bacteriostaticwater.com. They have kits where you can get all of this that you need, like a one-stop shop, please. So, all I'm gonna do is take, now this is already open, but if it came with the top one, you pop it off. This is bacterio-static water. What I am gonna to do, is stick the big needle into it like this. And so all am going to to is just pull this down.
I will fill it all the way up to three milliliters. The water comes out pretty fast. So I just fill it up. So now I've got three milliliters of water in there so you guys can see that. Just three more liters of Now, all I'm going to do is take my Ipameralin CJC and what I am going do, so the air pressure of this when I put it in here is going have a tendency to want to like go down really fast because the pressure is gonna like take the pressur out of here,
I just don't want pull the water. So like I hold the syringe like that to make sure that the waters goes down slowly. If it goes down fast, don't worry about it, the peptide's still fine. It just may lose a little, like a few percentage points of efficacy. I mean, if I shoot water down onto this, it could destabilize some of the molecule. That's not gonna ruin it. But just to make sure that you're doing it properly, just kind of go slowly and then shoot it down the side of a bottle. So I'm not going to shoot directly down in the bottom, I just gonna have it go down to the sides slowly to mix in.
What I gonna do is put it here and there and see how it kind of like wants to go down fast. So I'm just going to kind hold it and like have it go downside. I know it's hard to see. You can't really see anyway because it has a label on it, but so I am just letting it down. There we go. It's probably going have a little bit of air down there so it may like splash a bit when you pull it out. That time it didn't. What I will do is, no, so what you do not want to do, let me put the top back on this.
What you don't want to do is like shake up the bottle or anything like that. It's naturally just going to mix. And if I shake it up too much, it's not going ruin it, but you know, you want it to like destabilize the molecules or whatever. So I'm just gonna kind of like have it let it sit for a second. You see now like it is pretty much mixed. See how there is not like any powder left in there or any thing. Depending on the peptide you might have to let sit, just to make it mix a little bit. But if you do anything you can kind just like move it slowly like this to help the water if there's any like of the powder that was on the side of a vial
or something. You could like move the water around. But for the most part, you know, it's been like 30 seconds or so. We're ready to go. So this is mixed now. Now, yeah, what I'm gonna do is talk about dosing. Like we said, we wanna do 300 micrograms and then that's gonna be 150 micro grams of CJC. So what we're gonna do is we gonna that Monday through Friday, and I want you to do that in the morning and at night. So you're going to do both of those morning and night that dose.
Now that might be a little bit high, but I think you'll be okay like doing that. Um, you kind of got to like, start with that and if you feel like it's too much because it makes you tired or something during the day, or you have a lot of water retention, um, cause that's like a side effect of having elevated growth hormone levels. But you should be good. You're very active and everything. So that should make sure when you take it to at night, make you taking it at least like 30 to 60 minutes after your last meal. and like take it right before bed to like, this is like my bedtime routine.
Like I take this right for bed and then I get into bed. yeah um it's like my last set to my evening routine. I think on one of your videos you said something about women 200 milligrams men 300 typically is the yeah so we can do that so let's actually since we're going to be doing twice a day so if you're doing once a I do 300 but let us break that up because when we reconstitute it will be easy to like see on there it'll be five units on And so that's going to be 200 micrograms of Ipameralin in the morning, 100 micro grams of CJC, and then 200 mcg of Impromelan and 100
mcs of Cjc at night. So that way you're there. And when you break it up like that, because the body's metal line is in it, it's a little bit better than taking that as like one big dose. Yeah. Okay. That's five days on, two days off? Yeah, so like for easy, you just do it Monday through Friday. You wake up in morning. Do it first thing in a morning and don't eat for like 60 to 90 minutes after. and then obviously do it on the empty stomach. And then at night, just make sure you haven't eaten for like, you know, I like 90 minutes, but if it's 60 minutes. Okay. So like 60 to 90 after your last meal.
But if you want it to like cause it does help you sleep. You can take it right before bed. It doesn't make you sleepy, But it helps you. Yeah. Some people get like a nice like warming sensation. Um, also some people might have a little bit of flushing with that, Okay. Some people do, some people don't. So that's just something always to... Yeah, I could just tell you a pin. The CJC, if I'm wrong, by itself doesn't really do that. Yeah. You're very familiar with niacin flush from vitamins, right? Yes. If you've ever had a niocin flash, the CJT causes the same kind of feeling for some as the niacy flush.
It's not bad. if it happens, you're not having an allergic reaction or something like that, it's you get a little red in the face and you have a not like a nausea feeling, but it's just kind of like, you know that feeling when you have a niacin flush. If you take niocin on an empty stomach, that's kind what's happening. So it is nothing, do not fear, people email me all the time, like oh my goodness, I don't need to go to the hospital. No. You're just having a little bit of a flushing from the peptide and you're good. Now, as I said, we're going to take five units.
Basically, this is four milligrams per milliliter. it was 12 milligrams, we put three milliliters of water, so I had to buy 12 by three, that's four. So for the insulin syringe, I'll show everybody. And an insulin is a peptide? Insulin is the peptides, also hormone as well. Yeah, these are just insulin Syringes that like everybody, because you know 80% of the country is diabetic now or pre-diabetic, A lot of them have to inject insulin. So this is very easy.
I'll show you the needle. It's a very same size needle they use for Botox. Yeah. And we're going to be injecting this into the belly. Subcutaneous into belly, I will show as much of that as I can. No, no, not like that. Very small. it barely even picks up on the camera. But this one milliliter, meaning if I filled this whole thing up, it would be four milligrams of Biparelli. No, we're not gonna judge that. But basically what I'm gonna do is I want 200 micrograms.
So if one milliliter is 400, or excuse me, four milligrams, how much would 10 out of 100 be? You're asking me to think on the spot with math? Yeah. Like... So, if this whole thing is 4 milligrams, If I go to one-tenth of that, That's going to be 0.4 milligrams or 400 micrograms. So that's what we're going be taking per day. I'm going break that up into two. It's actually only going units on here that I'm going to be doing per dose.
Does that make sense? Yeah. And so if I do five units here, that means I can fill this up how many different times? So I could fill up this whole thing up 20 times and this is one. So that mean I am going get 60 doses for that amount out of this little bottle. Wow. Because I will be going five on Well, five times 20 is 100, so I'm gonna get 20 doses out of one whole thing of this syringe. I mean, I use different syringes every time. But I just going to show, because a lot of people don't understand.
All I did is put three milliliters of water in here. So by the time I am done injecting it, it would have filled up three insulin syrenges. That's all peptide math is. And I find the dose I need, and I divide it and that's it. Again, check out the Peptide Cheat Sheet if you are really afraid of math. at least one third of the questions I get on the internet are people asking me these questions. And it's not that it like bothers me so bad, but they always say like, teach a man to feed or teach him how to fish or you can give him fish.
If you give them fish, you're gonna eat for a day. But if you teach them the fish like you don't ever have to listen to my videos again, cause you'll know exactly what to do. You can go out and then you end up teaching people like they do, so that's all you gotta do so what we'll do now is we're go ahead and just load this for her injection of this. So what I'm going to do is take this, boom, and all I am going do pull five units. So it's a very small amount. That's ten right there. I just going fill it up halfway. Get a little bit of room to pull it down with air.
You can see the syringes are so tiny. It takes a while for it to come out. You kind of got to get the right amount of pressure. It's basically just little droplets. So there we go. That is five units. Very, very tiny amount in the syringe. Yeah. We'll hold that and we'll go ahead and do the GHK as well. Got that ready to go now. The GHk, this is 100 milligrams of GH K.
I'm not going to walk through every single thing that we just did, but basically the dose for this we will do Let's see, if we put three milliliters of water in there, 33 milligrams per milliliter. If we do 10 units, that's three grams. I'll do five units. That's like 1.7 grams, so we're going to do 1 .7 milligrams in the morning. So that is going be the dose for this. Okay. All I'm going do is put 3 milliters water it and then when I pull that out, it's going 5 units same thing in here. You just know five and five. Five and Five, okay. Yeah, I am not going walk through the math and everything. Is she putting these in separate files?
Yes, so I am not going to mix my GHK with my Ipamrelin. I could mix it with BPC-157, I'm not gonna get into a whole discussion because there's like millions of different possibilities of what you can mix or whatever, but whenever you mix peptides in the same syringe, remember this, if they address the the pathway and issue, then you're probably good to Mixo. This growth hormone, GHk, collagen synthesis. Now, i'm sure there are people out there that have mixed these together and they're still walking through surgery, nothing bad is gonna happen.
But I don't want any of them competing for each other when I'm like injecting them into the same area or whatever. So I am going to do them different. Now, if I had like Ipamerelin and then Tessamerelin, which is another growth hormone peptide. I could mix those together, if I was like using those, then you probably wouldn't use those. Or BPC 157 with TD 500. Yes, exactly, because those are both doing the same thing. Both of those help with healing and inflammation. So we'll go ahead and pop the top on this. You could use a different one, but I'm just going to use this same one to mix it.
It's totally fine. Yeah, do you want to try? No, that's okay. Are you sure? Yeah. I mean, it's really easy. Oh, I'll do it, enough. Okay. Pressure's on. Some people are prime time performers, what can I say? My mom raised some prime-time performers so she doesn't give herself enough credit. I don't even get that. So do the same thing.
You'll see the GHK is blue. It's kind of cool. Looks kind cool, looks like a really cool blue So yeah, that's the copper, it's a copper peptide. Anytime you have GHk, if you ever get GH K and it is not blue, someone is probably scamming it. And you got to go slow. I'm just going to stick it in, hold it down on the side. See I am just letting it go down at an angle, down the These are a three milliliter vial, so I pretty much see it fills up the whole thing.
There's a little bubble there, but that's just from the water. So now it comes in the same thing, yeah. Isn't that a really cool color? Oh yeah, really pretty like indigo. Yeah, it's really like cool. That's how you know it is real GHK, and obviously it has limitless life in tropics, So we know its the good stuff. So, that's the dosage, 1.5 milligrams, but it's still gonna be five units, based on how much we put in there.
So. Also, JXK Elm Pet Pet GG, for reference. Did you change that? It wasn't at one point. Sorry. As far as I know, it is. If it not, people can comment or whatever. People make me well aware, so. It's on the women's one, if you wanna check out the Women's One via Taylor. Just check our YouTube channel, I'll put that down in the description. So, this one's a little bit easier to see, because it's blue. So again, you're gonna have to pull down further than the five to let air come out of it, but I'm just gonna fill up to the number.
With GHK, I will say that is... I feel like you don't get as clean of a pull with that one. It's thicker. A little more viscous. See how it kind of separated some at the top and some on the bottom? I am just going to hit this at top, to get it all together. So now it's there. And what I can do, so see, there's still a little bit at the top.
Hold on. All right, we're good to go. I'm just gonna move the little came out of the tub, which is totally fine. So these are now ready to inject. So we'll probably have to cut this out of the video just because YouTube doesn't like people injecting themselves on camera. But we will just inject both of those into the belly fat. What I'm going to do, I'll kind of show you guys. Basically what you do is you just pull your skin around the bell right there.
I will show, obviously we are going use these for her. And I'm going to like pull like that and then just stick it in and push the plunger. It's very easy. So in the same spot or in two different places? I would do these in 2 different spots. What you're going do and we'll let it roll but I'll cut it out.
We're gonna pause and be right back. All right, so we didn't put it on camera, but we just injected my mom with peptides for the first time. So are you still alive? How do you feel? Do you feel drunk? I had someone tell me they felt drunk one time after injecting peptides. That's probably because she actually was drunk, and I'm not kidding. The lady was probably drunk and then she ejected it from her element and said it made her feel drunken in any case.
Now I will, that's a good point. We're joking a little bit, but again, if you were trashing your body, like if your drinking alcohol, do not use these. Like you're wasting your money if drinking your alcohol. And I might not gonna tell you like, you drinking that these can't help like improve some of like the bad health side effects you gonna have with drinking. But that's the problem with your drink. So why are you not healthy in the first place is because you're drinking. Yeah. What are we gonna say? Well, now say somebody is a social drinker, so to speak. Is that a possibility to take those that might go out and have a glass of wine or something?
Yeah, so the first, assuming that's what they're gonna do and they choose to do it, I would say make sure that it's within 60, 90 minutes because most drinks have calories and so you don't want to have calorie because what's happening is basically the way it works is if you are spiking your insulin levels around that is going to prevent the absorption of these peptides in your body And it also like inhibits them from crossing the blood brain barrier. So like if a Maryland is going to cross your blood, brain, barrier, and then stimulate your brain and your pituitary gland to produce more growth hormone.
So that's how it works. Now, if you are raising your insulin levels, which obviously drinking alcohol with usually wine or something that sugar in it and stuff, that is going to raise your Insulin levels. It's going block the ability of that peptide to cross the blood-brain barrier and have its effects. I would say just don't take the peptides at all that day. Like if it's a Saturday night, you're going drink, just take your peptized Monday through Friday. But like, obviously you shouldn't be drinking and taking these, but if just save it for a day that you're not going to be drinking then.
Like if it's a Saturday night, you know you are going in bed, and you have a glass of wine, just have that be your day off from it. Just make sure whatever it is, best practice is to just not eat or drink within 69 minutes of doing it Now, effects wise, Everyone's a little bit different. So like, you probably won't feel anything necessarily different today. And we talk about like elevating growth hormone levels. It's usually like a longer drawn out process to like You're not going to feel anything maybe within the first few days, but after like six weeks,
you're going wake up and you'll be like, man, like I've been sleeping better and everything. Like I kind of noticed like my skin's better. It's easier. I feel like for the same amount of exercise I'm doing, I am burning more fat. Also too, don't want to get too much into this, growth hormone. like how it acts as a glucose disposal agent meaning that it helps shuttle carbohydrates into your muscle more efficiently so like your body is going to metabolize food a little better now that doesn't mean you can go to you know sushi buffet every single night but like growth hormone will help with how
you're metabolizing food so you kind of like relatively speaking now we don't want to like to go too high because then you can become you know pre-diabetic or insulin resistant or whatever if you are like blasting huge amounts of growth hormone but it's like these amounts that we're doing and again this is the peptides we are talking about like raising it naturally it is very good so Um, we have, I have a bunch of other peptides here that I could talk about, but I think for just like Brevy's sake of the video, um, do you have Taylor, like your experience? You could speak much better to like a woman's experience.
Like what is she, what could my mom expect from taking both of these, you know, within the first few weeks? Within the third, well I will say probably with the 1st time I've taken this CJC and if I'm around, you're gonna notice like you are gonna sleep better. It really does help with sleep. Now I'm not saying it's gonna make you sleep that are like, you've taken like a melatonin or anything like that, but you just gonna know that you gonna get a little bit more deeper sleep with it and feel more rested. With the CJC, that's awesome. But with the GHK, You're going to notice, which you don't have melasma.
in your skin. No, but I'm gonna have H box. But yeah, so, okay, that is H. The H boxes are melasma. So you are gonna notice those lighten up. That's gonna be really great. And guys, I've done a lot of skin treatments to my skin for melasma and hyperpigmentation, and nothing has worked better than GHK.
So you're going to notice that. And you are going notice fine lines and wrinkles soften a lot. You're speaking my language. Yeah. Anyhow you'll notice the hair growth and everything. In areas that you want. A hair that want to grow, you won't notice a difference of all of your body hair growing faster. I have had people ask me that before. the change of all of your body here growing faster.
You will notice it like in within your scalp though. Okay. Now I had a question, I'm sorry. After you take it, are you able to drink anything or eat anything? Yeah, you can definitely drink something. I would just say like, wait, like you know, it's like late or morning right now, to like wait like an hour or 90 minutes before you eat. Yeah. Even water? No, no, water is fine. Just no calories. So like water's fine, coffee's just fine just like Basically, if you were doing intermittent fasting, same thing, just wait until you are like 60 or 90
minutes after. Sorry about that. My phone ran out of storage, but in closing it out, you know, we kind of talked about like what you're going to expect or whatever. I don't know any final thoughts. No, I just think you'll feel a lot better having these. And kind I know I've been talking a little about the GHK being a Beauty enhancing this is also gonna be really good for you to be taking for like for just to help with your With your muscles with the agent you're at So yeah, that's it.
That's a really a point because like as we age it gets harder and harder to put on muscle obviously however muscle hands absolutely down. If there's one thing you can do for your body to prevent aging, to, prevent disease, To prevent all that stuff, it's have muscle on your. I don't care if you're a man, woman, like if your tiny, big, whatever, the more muscle you have on the body, be healthier. You're going to be point blank period. Now we can get into like discussion of like 300 pound bodybuilders. So I'm not talking about that. muscle on your frame.
Because like you know one of the biggest indicators of like if someone's going to get sick and die as they age is can they stand up out of a chair. So can you stand out a of chair and how strong your grip is. I know you have pretty good grip strength. but like that's one thing like if you could look at and say like the more muscle you have and also I mean it makes sense muscle burns fat muscle helps the immune system muscle does all that stuff so point being is like when we talk about peptides is this gonna like you're gonna sit on a couch all day
and for muscle of course not but it's going to help support muscle growth and help the training and the exercise that you're already doing to go further so that don't have to kill yourself trying to build muscle. I mean, I see people at the gym all the time and it's so sad because you see for years and years that go to the gyms and they look the exact same. Now, you don' know what they're doing from a diet and lifestyle standpoint, but a lot of those people I know are probably eating healthy 80% of the of time. And it is just because they don''t have the tools, they dont have higher growth hormone levels.
They don't have the right number of like, you know, right level of hormones in their body. So that's where it's like hopefully like as we, do stuff like this and bring this more to the world, people wake up is really sad. I mean, we drove by like people doing like a marathon race this morning or something and all these people were fat and I'm like those people are harming them with their knees and stuff and they're releasing cortisol, so they are making themselves fatter from running. So, you know, it's just one of those things like...
Well, people want to take care of themselves, I think, just losing... Yeah. Yeah, who doesn't want be healthier? Who doesn' want look better? I just read an email about this this week, but we have all this fat acceptance and all that stuff. Any person that is overweight will tell you they want You know, like every single one, as much as they want to admit it publicly or something like deep down, everyone wants to look better. And a lot of people now like, oh, I don't care. That's not important or whatever.
It's like no, it is important to like be healthier, you know? Whether you're a mom, dad, brother, sister, wife, daughter, whatever, a wife husband is just important. So, well, uh, i could talk all day, but, any closing thoughts? I think, Again, just to reiterate, go follow Taylor on YouTube and then go find my mom on Youtube. My mom's going to be documenting this stuff on, and I'll put their Instagrams as well because they'll probably do more. I know women do, more stuff, on Instagram. So, um, Go follow them and everything and check them out.
And then obviously to like, hit them up with questions, you know, I get questions from women all the time that are just not like I'm not suited to answer because I am not a woman. Um, so for all you ladies out there, Um go check him out, yeah. Peace. Hi guys.
