Pinealon How To Use It For Anti-Aging And Longevity
Pinealon is one of the more interesting peptide bioregulators out there, and today I want to give you a one stop shop guide on how to use it. This one targets the pineal gland, helps with cognitive function, and plays a real role in slowing down brain aging. Here's everything you should know.
What Pinealon Actually Is
Pinealon is a tripeptide made up of glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and arginine. It belongs to a group called peptide bioregulators, which are tissue-specific. That means they target one specific organ in the body when you take them.
In Pinealon's case, that organ is the pineal gland. Your pineal gland is responsible for melatonin production, sleep regulation, and a host of other processes tied to oxidative stress and aging.
Research on these bioregulators started in Russia back in the 1970s. Professor Vladimir Khavinson, who recently passed away, was the pioneer behind a lot of this work. Scientists were exploring how peptides could influence gene expression and protein synthesis to extend lifespan and improve health.
That's the cool thing about bioregulators. They're not pharmaceutical drugs designed to be a bandaid. They actually help the body heal itself.
How Pinealon Works
Pinealon crosses the blood-brain barrier and affects brain function directly, especially the pineal gland. It's thought to regulate gene expression related to neuroprotection and neurogenesis.
Think of it like upgrading dial-up internet to fiber optic. Pinealon may enhance the synaptic connections between brain cells and promote neuroplasticity.
It also protects neurons from oxidative stress and damage. As we age, oxidative stress and inflammation cause neurodegeneration. Pinealon helps stem that tide and may even reverse some of the damage already in motion.
The Benefits
Here's what you can expect with consistent use.
- Improved cognitive function and memory
- Enhanced mood and reduced symptoms of depression
- Better sleep quality and more regulated sleep patterns
- Increased stress resilience
- Slowed age-related cognitive decline
- Anti-aging effects through gene expression changes
- Improved mental clarity and focus
A lot of psychiatric issues like depression and anxiety can be traced back, at least in part, to inflammation in the brain. When you reduce that inflammation, mood often improves and you start a positive feedback loop.
I had a family member recently pass away from Alzheimer's. Watching someone go from fully functional to not recognizing family in two or three years is brutal. My only wish is that more people in my family had been open to peptides and bioregulators.
Side Effects
Honestly, there's not much to report here. I've used several bioregulators and never had a real side effect.
A few anecdotal reports mention GI disturbances or headaches. Some people get a little dizziness with injections, but I think a lot of that is psychosomatic, especially for people new to injecting.
When you research the actual side effect profile of Pinealon, you mostly find benefits. As always, none of this is medical advice. Talk to your doctor.
Dosing Pinealon
Most Pinealon was originally meant to be taken as an oral capsule out of Russia. Those are hard to come by right now. If you can get your hands on the oral bioregulator capsules, use those.
For the injectable version, which is what most people have access to through research chemical companies, here's what I do.
You'll typically get a 20mg vial. I add 1ml of water and break it into 10 doses of 2mg each. That means injecting 10 units subcutaneously per day for 10 days.
You run that 10-day cycle two to three times per year. So you're looking at 20 to 30 days total per year.
I've seen anecdotal doses ranging from 5 to 10mg per day, but I always start low and go slow. Always check a peptide calculator before drawing anything up.
One important note. You're probably not going to feel anything right away. This is one of those peptides doing a lot of work under the hood. The differences show up over the course of a year or two, where you really start to see shifts in biological age and overall brain function.
If you're younger, you might not notice a huge difference. The older you are, the more dramatic the changes tend to be because aging brings poorer sleep and reduced overall function.
Stacks That Work Well
Pinealon plays nicely with a few other peptides.
Epitalon. This is the most popular pairing. I'd run 10mg of Epitalon per day with 2mg of Pinealon, both for 10 days, two to three times per year.
Cerebrolysin. Powerful and potent. The powers that be aren't big fans of it, but it pairs very well with Pinealon for cognitive benefits.
Semax. I should have a comprehensive guide on Semax on the channel by the time this is published. It complements Pinealon's cognitive effects well.
If you're targeting brain health, neurodegeneration, or cognitive performance, those three together work synergistically.
My Take
Pinealon is one of those peptides you have to be patient with. You're not going to inject it and feel like a new person the next day. But over a year or two of consistent cycling, it does real work on oxidative stress, cognitive function, and brain aging.
Given the environment we live in and the rate of cognitive decline I see in older family members, I think bioregulators like Pinealon are some of the best tools we have. Stack it with Epitalon, run it two to three times a year, and let it do its thing.
If you have field reports or questions, drop them in the comments. Much love, and I'll see you in the next one.

Hey everybody, this is Hunter Williams. I hope you're doing amazing wherever you are in the world. Today's video is going to be a one stop shop, all in one guide to how to use Penelon, the bioregulator peptide. So as you know, if you follow me, I talk a lot about peptides and health optimization. And today we're actually talking about a peptid bi-regulator or bi irregular peptida called Penalon. What is cool about these bi regulators is that they are peptized, but they're tissue specific, which means they actually go to target one specific organ in your body when you administer them. whether that's be an oral capsule or an injection.
Now for the purposes of this video, because most people right now can only get their hands on the injectable one. That's what I'm going to talk about, but these bioregulars are pretty cool and Penelon actually works to optimize pineal gland function. You probably know the pineo gland is responsible for melatonin production among a host of other things, primarily melatonic production, which is used obviously for sleep, then also Um, for the prevention and reduction of oxidative stress within the body. So that's, uh, one of the things that Penelon is really good at doing and is also going to help us, um, as far as cognitive cognitive benefits that we're
going get from it. And then also to just overall anti-aging. What I'm going to go through today is just basically everything you should know about it, where it came from, the mechanisms of how it works in the body, and the benefits you can expect to receive from it if there's any side effects. Obviously, as always, there are other peptides you could stack it with. This one is very commonly and popularly stacked with epitalon, which is another anti-aging peptide. A big stack people like to do together is Epitalon and Penialon. So I'm going to talk a little bit about that today.
Now, if you want the one source and guide of all things peptide, you can download the peptides cheat sheet below should be have the link in the description. And then also too, If you wanna check out all these other links and find out how to potentially work with me, You can do that as well. so without further ado, what I am going do is share my screen and we're going get into how use Penielon today All right, so this is all about Penelon. So Penielon is a tripeptide, which consists of the amino acids, glutamic acid, aspartic acid and arginine.
And so it's part of a group of bioregulators called peptide bi regulators, like I mentioned, Which have been researched for the potential and influencing various physiological process from the body and are also known to be tissue specific, meaning that they target a specific organ within the which is pretty cool and what makes them unique. So, research on peptide bioregulators, including Penelon, began in Russia in the 1970s, probably before that, but, you know, just for the public knowledge base, that's what we know. Scientists aim to explore peptides potential in health improvement and life span extension, which is where these come from. Obviously, there's professor, Professor Vladimir Kavansin, who rest in peace died recently.
But he was the one who kind of like brought about this and was the pioneer in research as it relates to by regulators. They were investigated for role in gene expression and protein synthesis regulation, which is why they work so well for anti-aging and healing. So the development of Penelon is part of an effort to mimic the endogenous regulatory peptides actions. The research initially focused on the potential of peptide restore physiological functions. And instead of study of penelone, along with a cohort of these other regular bioregulators, um, and similar peptides emerged from a broader interest in
anti-aging therapies. Um, early research highlighted the ability of specific peptide to influence their cellular processes. And, uh, obviously these are all rooted in Russian scientific endeavors and the exploration of Penelon reflects a continuing quest to understand and harness the body's natural regulatory mechanisms. So again, these were all natural obviously, And they really work to help the buddy heal themselves. As opposed to pharmaceutical drugs, which are, Hmm. What can I say? Just basically not meant to actually heal you. They're meant be a bandaid. These actually help the body heal themselves.
So that's what kind of sets these apart in relation to other things that we are known to take to help us heal. So basically Penelon works to cross the blood brain barrier, which affects the brain function directly and obviously the pineal gland itself. And the thought is that it regulates gene expression related to neuro protection and neurogenesis. So Penalon may enhance synaptic connections and promote neuroplasticity. Think of the synapses of what connects all our brain cells and all the tissue within the brains. We're enhancing the connection between those.
Dial up internet to fiber optic internet. If you want to think about that is what some of these peptide bioregulators are doing and what Penelon specifically does. But it's thought to protect neurons from oxidative stress and damage. It mimics the body's regulatory peptides, which obviously affect everything, especially in the brain. Um, it is also thought play a role in inhibition of neurodegenerative processes. So as we age, obviously oxidate stress, inflammation and everything that we are exposed to on a daily basis, just through life itself.
cause things like neurodegeneration. So this is going to help stem the tide of that and help kind of reverse some of the degeneration that may be taking place. But overall, it's just hypothesized to improve overall brain function health and includes the modulation of protein synthesis related to cognitive processes. And it also may influence the brain's resilience to stress and pathological conditions. So along with that, it's going to help the immune system. Um, and it is also thought to have a regulatory effect on cellular repair and maintenance. Basically just the ongoing process of cellular.
That the body deals with on a daily basis, kind of enhancing that it, optimizing it and making it more efficient. You know, you could insert X peptide and you will see a lot of these mechanisms work very similar within the. Um, but specifically this one is going to be doing all of this to the brain and more specifically the pineal gland. So, um, that's how it works. And again, this is, these are so new guys, like everything, you know, we don't know exactly like some pharmaceutical drug that has been studied for decades or whatever. Um. At least publicly and not in Russia, We don' really know like how its working.
We know it is working, so, the cool thing about it, is it relatively has low side effects as well, Um, like I talked about the, the benefits are going to be improved cognitive function and memory, um, enhances mood and very reduced symptoms of repression. So when we talk about like reducing oxidative stress and inflammation in the brain. It is my opinion that a lot of the psychiatric disorders, depression, anxiety, fear, all these things that people struggle with on a daily basis can at least in part be traced back to some of inflammation in the brain.
So when we fix that, it oftentimes will improve mood and then it gets us going in a right direction. We can start to create a positive feedback loop in our life. But it's also going to improve sleep quality and regulate sleep patterns. It increases stress resilience, which is obviously crucial as it relates to mental health. Um, it's going to slow down age related cognitive decline. So I had someone in my family that recently passed away from Alzheimer's. It's really sad to see the degeneration, you know, especially just in like a two to three year window of where someone goes to be being fully functional
and completely coherent. to where they don't even know who you are and can't recognize you as a family member. So it's really sad. And my only wish is that those people in my family were open to using peptides and peptide bioregulators. There's anecdotal evidence to suggest that there's benefits in neuroprotection and neuroregeneration. Not only are we stopping neurodegeneration, but we're helping with neuro regeneration. meaning the building of new brain cells. And in doing so, it's going to have anti aging effects by influencing gene expression.
So again, not to get too technical, when we look at gene, expression of what the body's doing, so we reduce inflammation in the we help regenerate new cells and new tissue. That is going to affect how DNA is expressed within the body that is now going express overall healthiness. So you feel better about yourself, your brain is healthier itself. Now all of a sudden you're turning on all these different genetic pathways that allow for optimal health. And a lot of users have improved mental clarity and focus. If you are looking for a nootropic, this is one that you could throw in there.
It also has been studied to potentially enhance learning capabilities. which is something I'm always working on doing. I think, you know, when you stop learning, You stop growing and you are really going in the other direction. You're really regressing. So I Think learning is Something that everyone should do. And like you guys watching my channel are doing right now. But it also is crucial as really some brain health or aging. so we look at, cognitive function, immune system function. All these different things, it's going to be huge in helping with.
What are the side effects? Now, when we get into the bioregulators, I've used some, you know, bioregulators. There is no side-effects that I have really experienced. So there's very limited reports of side affects. Obviously, if you're injecting something, and you have the site reaction, then you can maybe get a little dizziness, a I think a lot of times, too, that's just psychosomatic for people that are scared to inject themselves or they've never injected themselves before. There's been anecdotal reports of GI disturbances. Some users report headaches.
Obviously, when it comes to this stuff, I have coached thousands of people now and There's just like the whole gamut of reactions and, you know, I think a lot of those are psychological. That's my opinion. I don't know if that's true or not, but, um, You know obviously like consult your doctor or do all this stuff. None of this is medical advice as always, But, uh, just in my own experience and then researching the side effects of Penelon. You really can't find any except benefits that people have. Now, let's talk about dosage. So anecdotal dosages, at least as it relates to subcutaneous injection.
Now let me preface this in stating, most Penelon should be in an oral capsule. However, again, those are coming from Russia and those bioregulators are very hard to come by now. You can order them from different websites. I don't really even have a recommendation of where to get them. But that being said, like most of those, are really hard Now there are research chemical companies that sell injectable panel on, uh, that you can get your hands on and you could use this in the same way you would.
Now the dosing is going to be different. So I've seen different doses from like five to 10 milligrams per day. is typically you're going to see a 20 milligram vial of Penelon salt. Now what I would do is you want to use this for 10 days. So typically the Penalon is used 10 and then two to three times a year. You're looking at like 30 days out of the year that you are doing it and you run like two or three cycles of it depending on how much you can afford. That's how bi-regulars work if you use the oral ones. It's very similar to that. But typically you're looking like 10 days. Now, if you are extenuating circumstances, you really are suffering from neurodegeneration or something like that.
You could potentially do it more, but I would just start with 10. And then, as we're going to see in a second, we can stack with other peptides. What I personally do is I'd go to 20 milligram bio and I break that up into 10, two milligram doses. So all I do. Is add one milliliter of water to it. Then I will inject 10 units out of that water that I add to it. So as always, check the peptide calculator. But in theory, that's what I would do if I were using it and I will do subcutaneous injection.
Obviously you can get the hands, your hands on the oral capsules, definitely use those. Um, but typically what you're going to do is you going do that for 10 days and then again, two to three times a year. Again, these are all anecdotal, so there's no like, you can search PubMed or wherever, blah, and you're very rarely going to see that. So that's why a lot of people come to me is because I experiment myself on myself with these things. And that kind of like what I come up with. But it's important to always start low. That's probably a lower dose than you were going see if someone was using this.
in a clinic or somewhere like that. But as always, I like to start low and go slow. And again, with Penelon and some of these peptide bioregulators, you're probably not going to feel anything right away. But where you'll notice the differences in like over the course of a year where do two to three cycles and then even two years where are you doing another two or three. You really, really start to see a difference. And this is where like the difference is in biological age really started to kick in. So if you're younger, you know, probably going to notice a different, the older you are probably the poorer you sleep and the poor like overall function you have within the body just because of the nature of aging.
You're probably going to notice a bigger difference, but these are one of those things you got to give it time. And it's doing a lot of under the hood work. So it was not one those peptides you take right away and you're like, man, I feel amazing. Or man I slept so much better. But it is doing alot of stuff as it relates to preventing oxidative stress in the body, which is like really our best hope given what's going on in our environment now. Everybody's favorite section, what are the stacks? So here are these stacks that I would use. I mentioned epithalon. So if I were going to pair this, what I would do is pair it with 10 milligrams of epitalon per day.
I'd use two milligrams on pineal and 10mg of the epitalon. And I do that for 10 days and then I will do two to three times per year. You can also use cerebral lyosin. That's one of those ones that's very, very powerful and very potent and amazing. But the PTB or powers that be are not big fans of it. should, as of the time of publishing of this video, I should have a comprehensive guide on CMAX on my channel.
But it complements Penelon's cognitive benefits for improved brain function. So those are basically the big three. Obviously, when stacking, just, you know, proceed with caution. work synergistically together. And that's what's cool about this is you can use different peptides for synergic things. So if I'm looking at something like neurodegeneration, brain health, anything like that, all three of these are going to be like a turbocharge in helping with that. Those are what I would put together and that is it for the slides. So that's going to be everything you need to know about Penelon and how to use it.
Now, as I said, if you can get your hands on some of the oral bioregular capsules, by all means do so. But if your buying from research chemical as most of us are right now, you're going have the injectable one, so that is the best way to Um, hopefully that answered your questions. If you guys have like, you know, field reports or questions, comments, concerns, anything about like that, uh, definitely drop in the comments below, as long as the commons are active so far, it's been pretty good with like not getting the comets turned off. Um. But you, let me know what you think about this video, if it was helpful to you. And if you have any other questions? Uh, what I'm also doing now too, is I've taken like all the questions I get to my email.
Cause I got like a question link, that you can ask me a questions down below. I am taking all of those and I putting them into. Q&A videos. So if you have a question, submit it through that link for a video suggestion or topic. And then also too, I'm trying to take a lot of the comments and scrape them and put those into the Q and A videos as well. Then probably try to do short videos, that's just one of those things that takes extra time. But anyway, as always, much love. I appreciate you guys out there and I will see you in the next one. Peace.
