Which Peptides Can You Combine In The Same Syringe Dont Be A Pin Cushion

2026-03-29 · 18:07 · 3 min read

People love peptides until they realize how many injections they're doing every week. I get this question constantly. What can I actually combine in one syringe so I'm not stabbing myself ten times a day? Here's my working list, broken down by category.

Quick disclaimer before we start. This is my own experience and research. Not medical advice. Live action role play, fantasy fiction, all that. Don't do anything I do.

My rule of thumb

You can usually mix peptides in the same syringe if they work on the same or synergistic pathways.

That holds true most of the time. Not every time. Some combinations can render a peptide useless based on chemical structure, even if you don't feel any side effects.

I've personally tested about 95% of what's on this list with no issues. Start low, go slow, and pay attention to what's actually working. If you mix ten peptides together, how do you know which one is doing the job?

Growth hormone stimulants

These are the easiest group to combine because they all target the same pathway.

  • CJC-1295 (with or without DAC) and Ipamorelin
  • Mod GRF 1-29 and Ipamorelin (not my favorite, less effective)
  • GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 (mostly an appetite increase, which most people don't need)
  • Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin
  • Tesamorelin, CJC-1295, and Ipamorelin
  • Tesamorelin and CJC-1295

I would not mix growth hormone peptides with peptides from the other categories below. Keep them in their own lane.

Inflammation and healing

  • BPC-157 and TB-500. I run this one constantly.
  • Thymosin Alpha-1 and Thymosin Beta-4 (TB-500 is essentially Thymosin Beta-4)
  • Thymosin Alpha-1 with BPC-157 or TB-500
  • GHK-Cu and BPC-157. GHK burns when you inject it. Adding a little BPC-157 to the syringe takes the sting down significantly.
  • BPC-157 and SS-31. I've used this one more times than I can count. Works well.

Immune system modulation

  • Thymulin and Thymosin Alpha-1
  • Thymosin Alpha-1 and BPC-157
  • Thymosin Alpha-1 and SS-31

Side note. I need to do an updated video on SS-31. People keep reporting back really positive results, and it's still underrated.

Be careful mixing other immunomodulatory peptides together. I'll do a follow-up video on what you should never combine.

GLP-1 fat loss peptides

  • Liraglutide, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide can all be combined.

Tirzepatide is hard to find these days. If you didn't stock up before the hammer dropped, good luck.

Big warning here. Do not run full doses of each in the same syringe. Cut everything to about half what you'd normally take in isolation. Otherwise you'll feel it, and not in a good way.

Non-GLP-1 fat loss peptides

  • AOD-9604 and Fragment 176-191. Technically a growth hormone fragment, but it works almost exclusively on fat loss without raising growth hormone.
  • MOTS-c and AOD-9604

The list gets shorter as we go.

Cognitive and nootropic peptides

  • Semax and N-Acetyl Semax
  • Selank and N-Acetyl Selank
  • Semax and Selank (often sold as a blend)
  • Selank and Epitalon

Semax helps cognitive function. Selank helps with anxiety. Epitalon is a pineal gland bioregulator that supports sleep, which feeds back into cognition.

Mitochondrial health

  • SS-31 and MOTS-c

Simple. MOTS-c is limited in what it pairs with, but SS-31 works. You can also pair MOTS-c with AOD-9604 like I mentioned above.

Sexual function

  • PT-141 and Oxytocin

This is the only sexual function combo I run. Important note on dosing. Cut both doses down from what you'd use in isolation. PT-141 and oxytocin both cause flushing, and stacking them at full doses will leave you red, nauseous, and possibly throwing up. Like a bad niacin flush.

When you get the dose right, oxytocin handles the bonding effect and PT-141 handles arousal. Pretty solid combination if you use it with someone you actually like.

My take

If two peptides work on the same pathway, you're usually fine putting them in one syringe. If they don't, leave them separate.

I've heard of people shotgunning a dozen peptides into one shot with no side effects. That's their risk to take. My problem with that approach is simpler. How do you know what's actually working?

Start low. Go slow. Build a feedback map in your own head. That's how you actually figure out what peptides do for your body, not by stacking everything at once and hoping for the best.

Hey everybody, this is Hunter Williams. I hope you are doing amazing wherever you out in the world. Today's video is going to be 25 peptide combinations. You can actually mix into the same syringe. So you do not have to stab yourself like a pin cushion when using peptides. I've gotten, obviously, hundreds if not thousands of questions at this point about, Hunter, what peptides can I actually put into the same syringe so I don't have to inject myself 17 times in the morning and evening to use peptide? Because I love peptids, they're amazing, but even if I didn't mind injecting myself, sometimes it just becomes burdensome to injected myself a ton of times

throughout the day and in morning, and the night, every day, or every other day or once a week or whatever it is. So, I have always wanted to answer this question. My rule of thumb has always been, You can usually inject peptides in the same syringe that work on the pathway. And that holds true a lot of times, but not every single time. So I've kind of hesitated to make this video because even if you just have 50 popular peptides, the amount of combinations that you can have with 50 different peptide is like a number that would be 10 to some huge logarithmic exponent number, that, uh, would, be outside the scope of me spending the rest of my

life actually trying to do combos for. However, what I wanted to do was condense down the most popular peptides that people use and ones that you can actually, for the part, safely inject in the same syringe. Now, before I get into this, I'm gonna probably mention this several times throughout the video. Please do not do this. This is a live action role play. this is just me talking. For entertainment purposes only, this not medical advice. Do not anything that I am saying in this video, This just my own experience and for most part I think with the exception of a couple,

just because some of these combinations I just wouldn't use myself because they're not really worth anything or worth doing. But for someone else, they may be. So for the most part, I've experimented I'd say with like 95% of the combinations on this and had no side effects or anything. whatsoever. And a lot of times when it comes to this, you wouldn't even really have any negative side effects. You could potentially render the peptide useless based on the chemical structure that you would combine it with. But I did my research as much as I could on myself and then just like my own research, the reading papers and everything like that to compile a list of

peptides that we can actually mix together and use. So you can limit the number of injections that you have to do. So before I do that, I'm going to share my screen and I want to pull up charts that I made with this. I just want remind everyone if you would like the peptide cheat sheet that will be in the description down below where you can sign up for the email list and then also to don't forget to join a fully optimized health. That's where I am pushing a lot of people that want do coaching with me. just because I'm getting too busy with client work to do. And that is the community that we have and in that group, I can respond to all the questions you have.

I think, you know, we're not, think I know all of the comments and everything I get are just beyond the scope of me being able to answer them at this point, but I give attention there. So it's $99 a month. You can cancel any time. And lastly, uh, what I would like to do. So I've had a lot of requests of people asking me to have a place where they can download the slides. And that's a of work on my end to be able to like upload the sides to a link and then have those slides, but I want to make everything as easy and free access as you guys possible.

What I'm going to try to starting with this video is if this gets 100 comments, which is not a ton of comments because all For the most part, my videos get at least a thousand views, depending on the content. I always feel like some of my better videos, get way less views. And maybe that's just because they don't do well in the algorithm, but some like most detailed, in-depth, comprehensive teaching videos usually get the fewer views but hey, that what it is. But if this video gets a hundred comments, what I'm gonna do is upload a PDF document of the slides.

So you have this as a reference chart that you over the peptides you can combine. And I will make that as the pin comment. So you won't even have to sign up with your email list, even though I think it's great to be on my email because it is very informative and I don't spam people with stuff. But what I would do if this video gets 100 comments, I'll upload the PDF link of this, um, guide that I'm going to use to walk through this video and I will make that the pin comments. So everyone just click on that and download it. I don't know if that'll work. Maybe it will, maybe it won't, but if this videos gets a hundred comments, that's what we'll do.

Cause usually my videos, you know, get somewhere between like 25 and 75 comments I was like, Hey, if it gets 100 comments will do the extra work to upload that into a link and put it in the big comment and all that stuff. Without further ado, I am going share my screen and today we're going walkthrough basically the peptide combos that you can inject into once a wrench. So you limit the number of injections you have. All right, this is going to be 25 peptide combos you can inject in the same syringe. So let's get into it. It should be pretty straightforward. But again, just a reminder, This is not medical advice.

I'm not telling you to do this. You actually should never do anything I do in any of my videos. This is my own experience and I say it is fantasy fiction role play. So this is just my experience. Do not take any of this as medical advice or have it construed as such. What is the problem here? I always like to underscore or underline a problem and talk about how I can help people fix it. People love to use multiple pet pads together, obviously, because they're amazing and they do wonders, but people hate injecting themselves. It's hard enough to help convince someone that they should inject something into themselves let alone inject multiple times throughout the day or the week.

So once people inject peptides, they see how amazing they are. They want to combine peptide into one syringe for fewer injections. And a lot of times they're just unsure of which ones to do. You do have to be conscientious and careful of this because with peptids, there are certain combinations that could potentially render them ineffective or less effective. What is the rule of thumb here? Well, my own practice and experience on myself and the thousands of people I've taught and coached, you can typically inject peptides in the same syringe

that are working on synergistic pathways. So I know that sounds good, but then a lot of them are like, okay, well, what are those synergic pathways? And what I have done here is made a list for you. I don't think anybody's done this yet, and I'd been meaning to do this. But when we look at the most popular commercially available peptide, whether it's via your doctor or via a research chemical company like I recommend. These are the categories. So I'm just going to roll through these real quick. And but what I want to do is look at the peptide combinations through these buckets or categories.

So the first one is we have growth hormone stimulating peptides. The next one, we inflammation and healing peptids. Then we immunomodulatory peptides or immune system modulation peptidae. We have melanocorticoid peptidoids, which basically work on the melanin receptors in the skin. we the GLP1 peptiides, and I call those GLp1 fat loss peptoides because they're more oriented towards fatloss. We have the non GLP-1 fat loss peptides. So there's ones that are non-GLP1 peptide, meaning they don't work on the GLp-one pathway, but they do help with fat-loss.

We had the nootropic peptides, the cognitive and neurological enhancement peptids. Um, we have mitochondrial health peptidae, so there are certain peptiades that work in the mitochondria pathway in a body. Then we have sexual function peptides with peptide that work on sexual functions. There are muscle growth peptids, so muscle-growth and repair peptidies. Then, we reproductive health peptidae, and then I just have miscellaneous, because there's a lot of other peptiades that wouldn't necessarily fall into one of those buckets. And before I get into the combos, I do want to preface this in stating that there's a lot of crossover between those categories.

So when I categorize these, i tend to put them in the bucket that they are most relevant to. For instance, the growth hormone peptides will work on fat loss and muscle building, but I'm going to call those the Growth Hormone Peptides. And so we kind of go through that and I don't want, in this video, necessarily like create a lot of crossover even though I do that a little bit. So let's get into it. I made this little cool like collapsible slide, so it's got all of them on there. We'll see how that does in my slide software.

The first one are the growth hormone stimulants. What do we have for those? The 1st one is going to be the CJC1295, an Impramerelin blend. Now with CJT we the no DAC formulation. So you can definitely mix CJC1295 with or without DAC and ipamrelin. Then there's ModGRF129 or 1-29 and Ipamrelin. I wouldn't really ever use that one just because it's not as effective. And then we have GHRP2 and GHRP6.

Again, those are more, they are growth hormone peptides, but the most pronounced effect you get from them is an appetite increase. And I don't know about you, but I typically don' t need an apnyte increase myself. That's why GLP-1 pimpides are so popular. And then we have tessameralin and iperelin, so you can combine those together. We have Tessamaralin CJC1295 and Iperelins, you could use those in the same syringe. and testosterone and CJC1295. So all of those, you can probably come up with more combinations, but those are kind of all the popular growth hormone peptides.

Yes, I know there's like seromerelin and hexarelin, whatever. I just don't think those necessarily worth anything. That's why I didn't put them on there. But for all intents and purposes, You can mix these together. i'm not going to get into dosing on this video, But, for the safety of mixing, you can do those. Pretty fair and easy, and you could mix those together I would also not recommend using growth hormone peptides in combination in the same syringe with any of the other categories I'm going to talk about. So let's move on to the next one. We've got inflammation and healing.

Obviously we have BPC 157 and TB 500. You can and should use those in same Syringe. I do that all the time. Um, then we have thymus and alpha one and thimus in beta four. Thymous and beta for is also TB 500. Yes. I know there's like tons of different fragments of diamonds and data for, uh, but anyway, just for all intents and purposes, we'll call that TB. 500 so you can use those in the same syringe. Now, thymicin alpha-1 is more of an immune system modulation peptide, but you can combine it for inflammation purposes with BPC-157 and TB-500 or either or.

The next one is GHKCU and BTC- 157, so you could combine those together. A lot of people do this. I've done this before. GHK tends to burn when you inject it, but if you put a little bit of BPC-157 in the same syringe, it tends lessen the sting and burn that is caused from the GH KCU being injected. And then finally, Bpc- 157 and SS-31. I've used both of those together several times, more than I can count, and they definitely work well together.

Those are the ones there that you can do. And again, you kind of cross those combinations, but those are just more of the common and popular ones that should use based on the outcome that they're trying to achieve. So let's move on to the immune system modulation. Again, there might be some duplicates of these just when I was putting them together, but thymulin, they're two different ones, you can combine those with thimus and alpha 1 in the same syringe. Thymus alpha one and BPC 157, I've done that before and got an effect from both of them.

And then I put thymus and alpha one in SS 31. I should do an update video on SS31 because I've had so many people report back to me really, really positive effects from it, which is good. And it's a very underrated and lesser known peptide, but you can combine that with thymosin alpha ones. Um, with the other like immunomodulatory peptides, you have to be careful. And I plan on doing a follow up follow-up video, uh, to this video of ones you should never inject in the same syringe, um,

just to like have, buy or beware on there. Um. But all of these are good and you. Should be able to mix together in same Syringe. The next one I'm calling GLP-1 for fat loss. Now, as we know, turzapetide is hard to come by these days. And if you didn't stock up before the hammer got dropped, it's going to be hard. So I'm sure there's places out there that still sell it. Don't ask me if I know because I don't. But you can combine liraglutide and semagglutite, semoglutaride, retitrutide.

I am a big fan of the trzaptide retrutite. Again, I m not going into depth on the dosing or anything like that for this video, but just know that you can combine those all together in the same syringe and have no problems whatsoever. However, you should be very careful with the dozing because you don't want to do even the Same dose of each in one syrange because You will probably have some unintended side effects. You at least want half the dose Of whatever dose you're taking of those if you are going to combine them.

but probably should do another video about that as well. Now we have non-GLP-1 fat loss peptides. So we had AOD9604 and FRAG176191. I know that is a growth hormone peptide, but it is very commonly, well, excuse me, it's a group hormone, peptid, and those are mixed together, those much more commonly used in the fat-loss arena because they don't necessarily increase growth hormone, but they work on the same pathway to help accelerate

fat loss. So it'd be like if you took the fat-loss out of the growth-hormone molecule and then use it. And then also too, we have MATC and AOD 9604 that you can use together. As you see as we're going through this, it becomes more and more limited. Um, the next one is going to be cognitive and neurological enhancement, AKA nootropic effects. And there's really not that much here that you would want to combine. There's probably more, but I think just for the intensive purpose of keeping it simple, uh, you can do CMAX and N-Acetyl C-MAx or Solanke and then N acetylsolank

or solank and epitalon. You can also do. C max and Solank together. Now those are oftentimes sold as a blend. So you can use those together, but all of those will be fine to do together. C-max typically increases, you know, cognitive function, and then saline also kind of helps with anxiety as well. And then you use with epitalon, because epinalon is the pineal gland bioregulator, which helps sleep and everything. So it kind also aids in cognitive functioning.

The next one is going to be mitochondrial health, and the powerhouse for that is SS-31 and MOTC. So it's very simple. You can use both of those together. Motsy is kind of limited into what you can mix it with, but you're going mix with SS 31 and then AOD like I talked about above. Those are ones that you can mix together. And then finally we have sexual function. So again, there's a lot out there, but I think in my experience, the only one that I've combined together is PT-141 and oxytocin. I will say with this one, you want it to be at lower doses than you would typically use these in isolation for.

If I have PT 141 just by itself, I'm going to use it a certain dose, but I would cut down the dose if I am going mix it with oxytocin and I will also cut the dosage of oxytocin that I take in isolation. The reason is you have to be a little bit more careful with those because they cause a lot of flushing and if you do too large of a dose you'll just get really flushed and really red like a really bad niacin flush and you will probably get nauseous. If you take too much, you maybe want to throw up. So I would just be cautious with those. But when you use them together, it does create quite the experience that you will probably enjoy that.

You could also use with your loved one as well, because you get oxytocin to form like the bonding effect. And then PT-141 helps increase arousal. They are good to use in combination together. Again, just be careful with the dosing and you can check out the peptide cheat sheet for dosings and that should have pretty much all of these on there for the Peptide Cheat Sheet, I think. So that is it for slides. And those are the combinations of peptides that you actually mix into the same syringe. I know that's one of those things, there's probably thousands you could actually technically mix together, but for all intents and purposes,

Think of this. If they work on the same pathway, you are probably okay to mix them together. And if they don't, probably don' mix together now I've heard of people shotgunning a ton of peptides together and not having any negative side effects whatsoever. So do that at your own risk. I am a little bit more cautious when it comes to that. Even experimenting with these, even if there's not like a negative effect, how do you know what's working and what not working? That's why I always recommend with peptide is like start slow and Start low, meaning that start low at a dose, start slow,

and get your body accustomed to where you can create a feedback map in your own head of what's working and what not working. Even if you could mix 100 peptides into one syringe and use together, how do you know which one is working? Like I said, if this video gets 100 comments, I will put this chart in the pinned comment that everyone can have from free and you won't even have to opt in with your email or anything like that. But you should still opt-in with their email and download the peptide cheat sheet. So thank you guys so much. Thank you for all the support. The channel is growing and everything. I can't thank guys enough.

It's literally a dream come true for me every day to be able to get to work on the things I work and help people with this material and content around peptides, hormones, fat loss and all that good stuff. So thank you guys so much, much love, and I will talk to you in the next one. Peace.
