The 5 Peptides I'd Choose if I Could Only Pick 5

2026-04-20 · 3:23 · 2 min read

I get asked this all the time. If I could only run three or five peptides, which ones make the cut? The peptide world can drain your bank account fast, so I get the question. Here are the five that cover the most ground for me, ranked in order of importance.

1. Retatrutide (GLP-3)

What doesn't this thing do?

It helps with fat loss, improves metabolic health, reduces inflammation, helps with chronic pain. The list keeps going. Reta is my number one without question.

2. SS-31

Another peptide where the better question is what doesn't it do.

Every single time I start a new cycle of SS-31, I'm blown away at how well it performs and how much better I feel. It's that consistent.

3. KPV

A lot of people would expect BPC-157 or TB-500 here. Those are both great peptides, but I'm not putting them in my top five.

KPV is better for reducing inflammation in my experience. I get a stronger reduction in systemic inflammation, and it works great on local inflammation if you have an injury. I personally get a better anti-inflammatory benefit from KPV than I do from BPC or TB-500.

4. Cartalax

This is the other reason BPC and TB-500 didn't make my list. Cartalax blows them out of the water for healing in my opinion.

I almost feel spoiled now. Anytime I pull a muscle or tweak something, I inject 1 to 2 mg of Cartalax and the pain is basically gone within a couple of days. BPC and TB-500 work well too, and you can stack all three. But if I could only pick one healing peptide, it's Cartalax.

5. Glutathione

Technically a peptide, even though most people don't think of it that way. Chemically speaking, it is one.

I inject 100 to 200 mg of glutathione two to three times per week. I don't even cycle off it. It's one of the biggest bang-for-your-buck peptides you can run, and it's cheap.

When you look at long-term health and longevity, what glutathione does to reduce oxidative stress on the body is pretty insane.

My take

These five give you a wide net. Fat loss and metabolic health, mitochondrial function, inflammation, injury healing, and oxidative stress. You can run them year round, cycle on and cycle off, and always have something in rotation. Everything else past these five is gravy.

hey buddy I get asked a lot if I could only have three peptides or five peptide which ones would they be? I know a lotta you guys are on a limited budget and when it comes to the peptid world you can really empty your bank account trying to get all the peptides out there. So for the sake of answering the question, obviously there's many more peptide out that are beneficial, but if I didn't narrow it down to five, these honestly have such a broad spectrum of coverage that I think it's One of those things that, beyond these, everything else I would just say is gravy,

if that makes sense. First one, obviously, GLP3 slash RETTA. The question is what doesn't it do? It does so much. Helps lose fat, helps improve metabolic health, Helped reduce inflammation, help with chronic pain. You name it, it does it. That would be my first one. And I'm going to order these in order of importance. Next one's going to be SS31. Kind of another one of those things. What doesn't it do? Improves so much and every time I start a new cycle of SS 31 I'm always blown away at how well it performs and how much better I feel.

Next on is we KPV. So a lot of people would think why would you not say BPC or TB 500? Those are great. I actually wouldn't put them in my top five though because KP V I think it's actually better for reducing inflammation and I get a better reduction in systemic inflammation or local inflammation if you have an injury. So I'm a huge huge fan of KPV and i think I personally get better anti-inflammatory benefit. from kpv that i do bpc or tb500 which i'm not going to include those two on this list next one is going be cartilax and the reason i don't put bbc and

tp500 on the list is because cartillax absolutely blows those out of water in my opinion when it comes to healing i almost feel spoiled anytime i pull muscle or tweak something I will inject just one to two milligrams of cartilax and it seems to completely eradicate all the pain I have within a couple days which you know BPC and TB 500 work well too and you can use them all together but if I could only pick one healing peptide it would definitely be cartillax.

And then the fifth one that I'm going to include Technically is a peptide. I know most people won't think about it as such It's actually glutathione and good sounds pretty cheap. Most people don't consider it, you know peptides even though chemically speaking it is A peptid I inject glutothione 100 to 200 milligrams at least two to three times per week and It's one of the biggest bang for your buck peptides that you can use. I don't even cycle off of it. Just use it, you know, like I said, two to three times for a week.

And again, when you look at long-term health and longevity, When you're looking at oxidative stress, what glutathione does to reduce the oxidate of stress burden on our bodies is pretty insane. So again kind of boring, but I think if you just looked at five peptide that's you could pretty much use year round cycling on, cycling off and always have something in a rotation. those would be my five. So thanks for the questions. Remember you can submit them via the text box in the link at the top of my Instagram and I will see you guys in next one. Peace.
